Hi I’m Abby and welcome to the Ferndale Funspot! I have three dogs- 2 cattle dogs and a husky. My yard is the perfect spot for your pup(s) to come play! I have a large trampoline you can use with your pup(s), and a mini pool will be available during the summer. There is a decent amount of space to run, play fetch, and hangout. The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!

Back yard with locked gate, patio furniture, Wi-Fi, and a fire pit

We would love to be visited by your furry friends!! We have toys we will leave outside if you come to visit us! We have a huge park (Harding Park) that’s a 5 minute walk from our house that you can use for walking as well! (pets must be leashed at park!)

The yard is not very big, but has a fully fenced 4’ chain link. We have a hose and sprinkler. The side of the yard has tall grass we hide toys in for enrichment. There are dog bags, a poop scooper, sprinkler/hose, and a water dish for your dog. The rest of the lawn is mowed. Access is through a gate that leads directly to the back yard. There is a small garden, we just ask that you not let your dog dig in it. We do have a small pool, if you would like use of that just ask, no extra charge! It is a dog friendly small kid pool.

Beautiful fenced in yard on the Detroit waterfront. Sit and relax while your dog runs around our large yard, paces on the dock looking at ducks and geese. Also have ramp to water if your dog likes to swim.

Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

We love our members. We hope you consider signing up for a monthly membership at a discounted rate. This oasis provides a safe, secure, and private place to play and train. With lots of lush grass, a private pond for swimming and woods to explore your pup will for sure go home tired. Please note 2 people per dog allowed. No smoking on premises.

Fully fenced yard, close to major roads. Get back to nature so close to the city. New for 2023 Agility equipment will be available for use. It is stored on the patio across from the doggie supplies. Enjoy running your pup through the tunnel or over the jumps and through the weave poles.

Fully fenced! Lots of sniffs to be had. On property: tennis balls, a hurdle, water bowl for dogs, a small picnic table, garbage pail for waste. Please use only the front yard, do not open the gates to the backyard. Have fun!

We have a large backyard with a privacy fence and a new patio to relax while you watch your dog play and sniff around! There is a larger doggie pool that can be filled with fresh water upon request! We would love to have you visit! The garage will be open upon visit and you may enter through the door leading to the backyard. With the new dog respiratory illness, I will be doing a small screening asking if any dog visitors have displayed any symptoms. Also, there are 2 chairs on the patio but the couch has been put away for the winter :)

Fully fenced in 2 acre lot with more than enough room for your pups to run! We have chickens in an enclosed run and 2 dogs of our own (6 yr old great dane, 1 yr old dalmation mix currently not altered but will be by the end of March) who will be kept inside unless you're okay with them meeting your fur babies. We appreciate if your pups are okay with meeting us as we tend to be in and out of the yard (our detached garage is located in the backyard). We can't wait to meet you!

I have 4.2 acres and my dogs have their own kennel off to the left side of the yard, completely fenced from the area that other dogs may run. I may also lock their doggie doors, keeping them from coming out to watch the other dogs run, in hopes of keeping the barking down. We do have a small area behind our barn and a larger area towards the middle that may be somewhat flooded, depending on how much rain and snow we get. It’s only there in the winter time and is usually dried up by late April or early May. Our dogs run it daily and never have any problems. The entire 4 acres is fenced all the way around.

My neighbors do have a Labrador that's separated by a 4ft chain link fence, she's friendly with both dogs and people, but please do not interact with her out of courtesy for them.😁 2.)Please include pics of your pups in the review!📸 3.) You can put any poop bags in the pot by the back porch door💩 4.) You can enter from either side of the gate. PLEASE CHEKC BOTH GATES TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE LOCKED BEFORE LETTING YOUR DOG LOOSE!! 5.) You're free to use the hose, which is located behind the willow tree where the kiddie pool is also located 6.) Your dog is allowed to roam WHEREVER in my yard 7.) Regardless if your dog is friendly or not, no one, including dogs will be in my yard while you're there, nor near windows 8.) It's best if you book in advance at least 1 hour, preferably so I can see the notification and prepare. 9.) I offer memberships 10.) Please be on the lookout for holes and other possible risks 11.) A fantastic fully fenced in back yard, shaded by large trees and a wall of privacy shrubs. Well kept short grass. There is a smaller fenced off area in the very back if you wanted to separate smaller dogs from larger dogs that are playing. Patio with table and seating. Trash can, pooper scooper, and doggy bags available. Happy to set up the small dog pool for drinking or playing if requested! Welcome to use the hose.

Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.
