Hi I’m Abby and welcome to the Ferndale Funspot! I have three dogs- 2 cattle dogs and a husky. My yard is the perfect spot for your pup(s) to come play! I have a large trampoline you can use with your pup(s), and a mini pool will be available during the summer. There is a decent amount of space to run, play fetch, and hangout. The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!

The yard is not very big, but has a fully fenced 4’ chain link. We have a hose and sprinkler. The side of the yard has tall grass we hide toys in for enrichment. There are dog bags, a poop scooper, sprinkler/hose, and a water dish for your dog. The rest of the lawn is mowed. Access is through a gate that leads directly to the back yard. There is a small garden, we just ask that you not let your dog dig in it. We do have a small pool, if you would like use of that just ask, no extra charge! It is a dog friendly small kid pool.

Our country property offers a serene and spacious environment for your dog to explore, play, and relax. While the area is not fenced, there’s plenty of room to roam with open fields, tree-lined paths, and a charming creek. A trail meanders through the field, leading all the way back to the next concession, providing ample space for sniffing and exploring. Pet owners can unwind at one of our shaded furniture spots or take a peaceful stroll through our garden. Depending on the season, you’re welcome to pick some veggies or flowers to take home. We’ve also provided a convenient water tap at the end of the pool house for your pup’s hydration needs. Please note that while the pool is a beautiful feature of the property, we kindly ask that no pets or people enter the swimming pool. For your peace of mind, I’m often home working on various outdoor projects. If you’d prefer a bit more privacy, just let me know in advance, and I’ll be happy to accommodate your request. Lastly, you might meet our friendly outdoor cat, Kenny Rodgers, during your visit. He’s quite the character but will happily give your dogs space if they’re not feline-friendly. Our backyard is nice and sunny with a lot of room to run and play! There is plenty of seating for lounging and to get some shade. Feel free to park in the driveway and use the fence to come right in. I have doggie waste bags and hand sanitizer on the table. Have fun!

We have just under an acre safely fenced in. Easy access through the gate down the driveway. It’s lush with grass, no harmful plants or anything that could harm your dog. It’s a great place to throw balls, play keep away and maybe find a stick from one of our beautiful trees on the property. Enjoy!

Tons of backyard neighborhood space! Corner lot, all fenced in. Our Great Danes had since passed on, plenty of space to run around🐶🐕 Don't worry about picking up poop, I gotcha! ☺️

We have 6 acres which is a mix of open area, woods and a creek. We keep the lawn cut but do not maintain our woods. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets.

We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book between 7am and 7pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have a huge tire and an A Frame ladder).
