Rosebud Retreat

We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

Jennifer's 4 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park in East Bethany

Hello welcome…. As u pull up, our-house is set far back, park to the left of the driveway in the little parking area. Follow the line of stick fencing to the tree line out back (there’s signs) (walk past my house and immediate “backyard”) We have a little over 4 acres with most of it being wooded trails in the back. There’s a field out back as well that can be used at different times for running without tree interference. We also have a small “dog” pond we dug for our crew. When it’s filled the center is about 8ft deep. Our dogs usually just walk the otter edge or walk in a little but don’t actually swim in it. If your dog is a swimmer by all means feel free. The edge was dug to be a walk in with a drop off. FYI We don’t treat the water or anything either so use it to your discretion. I try to NOT let mine drink out of it but sometimes it’s inevitable. So feel free to ask about the pond conditions prior to coming if that’s a reason for choosing us. We want your pup to be safe.

Letchworth playful pups

I live close to Letchworth State Park, so if you need a space for your dog to get some energy out after a long travel come on over and enjoy my big yard as much as my pup (Sadie) and I do Lots of changes going into my yard, so if you come back you will see what fun things I keep adding and changing as the years go on. Sadie is dog friendly. I also have a swing set for kids to play on.

Beautiful spot in the country but not too far away from the cities, horses roam in the pasture behind the fence where we have rolling hills. There is shaded areas and lots of flat land with short grass all natural no chemicals here. There are a couple apple trees on the property, we do have a bathroom if we are home. I have a GPS collar available for use if your dog wants to roam free.(but not take off on their own adventure). I maintain my yard but don’t care if your dog likes to dig. I do have a small female German Shepherd but she loves all animals. She has brought home baby deer before. Saved one once from being killed by a weasel.
