Roughly 2 acres of free-roaming land for your dog! Lots of space to run around and play, getting all wiggles out! We have a great view as well from the front yard, as well as chairs and a table on the backyard patio. Our land is surrounded by bushes, trees, and the woods, with the front yard bordered by a small stream/ditch.

There are lots of trees on the property. Lots of room to run.

Right off 9W but quiet and set back enough from the highway. Little over 1/4 acre to run, swim, (kiddie pool) nice and shady in the afternoon with sunny spots for dogs to sunbathe in. Hose access for fresh water.

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh. We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide a few dog toys that are sanitized between visits. We no longer provide water as a safety precaution during the respiratory virus outbreak. Hope to have you for a visit soon! This property is located next to RVA fields and is privately owned. The property is fully fenced with a 6ft high fence and just about two acres!

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

5000 square-foot yard with 6 foot high privacy chain-link fence. Hose available to fill your dog’s water bowl, large deck provides partial shade for humans. Off street parking in driveway next to entrance. Come with your best friend and enjoy some off leash time! Two dogs (belonging to the same person) maximum at a time.
