BEV's Private Dog Park In Lincoln

It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chickens, and goats and will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you. Thank you for reading all the details of the property before a visit as well!

Nicole's Private Dog Park In Fair Oaks

Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows. Please reach out with any questions or concerns! - Nicole ❤️

Very nice. This large farm location has filtered shade with some sunny clearings perfect for working obedience if you wish. The host was friendly. The horse is very dog friendly and the goats curious. This helped me socialize my puppy to farm animals. (Lisa did ask me how more or less visible I wanted the farm animals to be, and I told her that I preferred they were left out.) The neighbor’s dog came out, barked and then quieted down quickly. While my pup isn’t reactive, I’ve had a reactive dog prior and the neighbor’s dog wouldn’t be something that would dissuade me from using this location. My puppy gained a lot from this visit. I expect we’ll be back.

This sniffspot was great! Lots of barnyard smells, plenty of space to run free, nice fresh water available, toys to play with AND a playground for climbing. There is a horse and 2 goats on the property, they were very calm. Plenty of space to move away from them if your pup in unsure. Fencing all looked in good shape. If you have a determined escape artist they might be able to climb it.
