Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Please exit the farm by the farmhouse and only go straight (do not cross traffic as you exit). Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Walk down the edge of the property near the barn to the pond. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to Weber's Peachberry pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.

Perry Paw Dog Park in Perry Hall, Maryland is a fully fenced enclosure where owners/handlers are responsible for injuries caused by their dogs. Rules include no aggressive dogs, cleaning up after pets, and no children under 12. Only fully licensed and immunized dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 3 dogs per owner. Leashes are required when entering and exiting the park. Prohibited items include bones, rawhides, and excessive barking. The park is open from sunrise to sunset and offers amenities such as chairs, drinking water, and a field for dogs to play. Visit their website or contact them for more information.

8 acre property for your pup to enjoy 🐕

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!
