Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.

This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Clearing will be squishy and back trails might be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. No running, diving, or food/glass near the pool. Never leave dogs unattended in the water. Watch your footing on the decking outside the pool concrete/pavers 3. No alcohol or smoking. 4. Please keep dogs away from the pool equipment (filter/heater) behind the pool - no peeing or scratching at it.
