You'll have access to trails, a pond your pup is welcome to swim in and you're welcome to go fishing as well. We are quad and dirt bike friendly also. The Space & Fencing: • Size: 48 acres of grass, field, and wooded trail • Fencing: Not available • Privacy: Quiet neighborhood / secluded rural lot with no visible street traffic or neighboring dogs. Amenities Included: • Fresh water pond for swimming. (humans can go fishing too) • Dog interaction if desire with friendly playful pups. Parking & Access: • Private parking available in the driveway. • Direct, private entry to the property without needing to walk through our house or interact with anyone including pets. • Quad and dirtbike friendly. A Few House Rules: • Please pick up after yourself. Carry in carry out policy. • One booking at a time—your session is completely private. • Please leash your dog if necessary but not required.

The Oasis (3 Acres & Lake)

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Bonus: direct access to the Wissahickon Trail!! 🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people and their pups. This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.  ** While we love 🩷 hosting your pups! 🐾 We work full-time, 🐶Same-day bookings are always welcome but please note it may not allow me time to prepare the yard 💩 to my standards and place out the welcome basket 😊 for your visit. There is a pond that dogs are welcome to swim in. Has shallow entranceway, and deeper areas. Dogs love to fetch sticks and balls from the Pond. Also, there is a bridge from the edge of our property into the Wharton State Forest. There is a pretty wide trail.

Dispose of waste in the black trash bin near the Sniffspot toy box. Water: please fill bowl with water from hose. Turn spicier on, turn small black valve to get water from shorter hose for the bowl.
