Welcome to Doggy Pool Paradise! 🐶💦 The spot was started in honor of my sweet Bailey who passed away Easter weekend 2025 only 1 month shy of her 12th birthday. 💔 She was my soul dog and the primary reason I bought a house with a pool. Now I just want to see other dogs using it and having fun. 🐾🥰 We are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm weather permitting. $20 for one dog for the one-hour use of chemical balanced private pool- second hour is half price. This is a completely fenced area with deck, patio, sunroom and an 18x36 in-ground pool. Let your dog swim safely and securely in the saltwater pool Kiddie pool is also available for dogs who are unsure about the "Big" pool - set up, fresh water, and cleaning afterwards for a small extra fee. Choose this in the Extras section. Doggy life jackets in Small, Medium, Large, and XL are provided. Plenty of seating and shade available. Mini fridge with cold bottled water for only $1 each located in the sunroom (choose this in the Extras section). Fun Dog water toys, dog towels, large blue dog pool float "Woof", water bowls and pool ramp available to use at no extra charge. Please bring your own sunscreen. NOTE: Sorry, no bathroom is available for humans. Dogs must be current on Rabies vaccine and be on some sort of flea & tick preventative!! Proof of this must be sent to the host before your visit!! Screenshots are accepted. Poop bags & clean-up station provided near the gated entrance. All owners must pick up after their dogs in and out of the pool area!! Violators will not be allowed to return. There are security cameras on the premises. Max of two people (adults) per dog unless otherwise arranged with Host. NO children under the age of 16 permitted in the pool due to liability reasons! NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are bringing a child with you, they must sit on the side of the pool or in a chair and watch the dogs swim. They are NOT allowed in the pool under any circumstances!! If You are bringing more than one dog, they must already know each other and get along!You must also choose this in the extras section and pay the appropriate fees ahead of time. It is highly recommended that you brush your dog before your visit. If excessive fur in the filter becomes a problem then this sniff spot will unfortunately no longer be available. Help keep it clean for everyone.

Outside the fence is an additional 8+ acres to explore. If you wish to go down to the creek then only enter on far right side behind the fence. The path to the water is challenging as it is woodsy and steep. There is a knotted rope to help you get up a short bank from the water’s edge

Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.

The perimeter of my property is fenced so you know you’re still on my property. However, it is triple strand so dogs could go through it. We do have chickens and ducks that free roam. We also have other animals that will be contained in the barnyard behind the barn. Drive straight down driveway towards RV. There will be a gate straightahead and another gate to the left. Park anywhere there and use either gate. The gate to the left leads to that big field and the creek runs the length of it. The other gate leads to the back and crosses over the creek. Walk up there just a bit and you will see a path to the left. It goes up to another open field.

21 acres with a variety of terrain: Grassy, pine tree field; level open woods; or hilly with large boulders and rocks. Unfenced. On-leash recommended, but off-leash ok with good recall. (I can't guarantee that no wildlife will be present. Neighbor dogs occasionally wander) This is beautiful land. All natural, pesticide-free. Humans may come to the barn to feed chickens and pet goats.

Hot Diggity Dog Retreat

**no trash can on site** Please take poop bags to tractor shed. There is a 5 gal bucket in the left bay of shed. We offer over 1 acre of fully fenced play yard and 10+ acres of UNFENCED trails, pond and woods. Enjoy a picnic on the bank of the pond or bring your fishing pole and catch a fish! Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!

Smith River Paw Park in Axton, Virginia is a fully-fenced dog park located at 1000 Irisburg Rd. Dog owners are required to keep their dogs on a leash at all times and to carry a leash with them. Only two dogs per handler are allowed in the park, and dogs must wear collars and ID tags. The park includes amenities such as drinking water for dogs, open fields, and access to the river. Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dogs, and aggressive dogs are not allowed. The park is open from 7:00 a.m. until dusk. Nice Quiet Woods with Creek (and poultry!)

Our property covers the creek by the road and extends into woods that are not used by anyone. Our friendly cat may join you on your walk, or you could get quacked at by my ducks! I can secure the cat and ducks if needed, but my chickens are very independent and tend to stay close to the house. I am home most of the time, and usually outside to give walking tips or point out landmarks; also for any problems! My yard is not part of the site! I would prefer if you would keep your dogs secure around my home and pet poultry, until you get down to the creek/woods.
