There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring!

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

We welcome you to our little peace of heaven backing up to the national watershed reserves. Pre-made ATV trails, creeks, wetlands and a small river await exploring by you and your pup(s) while immersed in solitude and nature.

Only 12 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill located on Morgan Creek with 40 acres to walk/play with your dogs. Fresh water for all, restroom facilities, ample off-road gravel parking... There will be no other human or animal encounters during your visit.

Our property covers the creek by the road and extends into woods that are not used by anyone. Our friendly cat may join you on your walk, or you could get quacked at by my ducks! I can secure the cat and ducks if needed, but my chickens are very independent and tend to stay close to the house. I am home most of the time, and usually outside to give walking tips or point out landmarks; also for any problems! My yard is not part of the site! I would prefer if you would keep your dogs secure around my home and pet poultry, until you get down to the creek/woods.

About 2-3 acres of yard space cut regularly, kiddie pools will be here soon and changed regularly, tennis ball bucket for fetch, pond tested, pathways back into the trees to the pond or for a walk. Hose for water or rinsing.

10 min from almost anywhere in Sanford. Bring your best friend for some off leash play time. We have access to a creek and plenty of woods to roam. Large yard for throwing their favorite toys which is partially fenced. Inside the fenced yard is a beautiful covered porch with access to wifi, 32in TV, and two comfortable swivel chairs. We currently have one older female lab mix that we can keep inside. She would love a play date, if you're into that as well. Always available for overnight or daycare visits as well. WE ASK YOU CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF AND PLEASE KEEP YOUR PET ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. I live near a wonderful 2.5 mile walking trail which in almost right in my back yard . My yard has a 7 foot fence , the gate is has a paddle lock for safety. Shaded back yard . When it is hot the dogs come inside to cool off . I live in a very safe and quite development.

It's off the main highway it's grass areas abd wooded with trails to walk your dog or just let him/ her run and enjoy. Don't have to worry about any traffic,it's a creek that runs threw property,we clean up any poop the dog does and it's a very safe place
