We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Looking for the perfect escape with your furry companion? Our 11-acre property offers the ideal setting for you and your dogs to explore, unwind, and enjoy the great outdoors. Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: we do not own or have access to the grass field, as it is not part of our property, the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

Our property is a beautiful mix of fields, wetland, and woodland trails, bordered by a brook. It’s a wonderful place to play frisbee or take a private hike through the scenic trails.

Groverland

The pool is open!! Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. Use of the pool is an add on, so please be sure to mark that when you make your reservations. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Now for the Debbie Downer part - as the spot has gotten more popular, we are seeing things getting damaged and, as a result, have added a few rules. If you damage something, please let us know so we can address it. Things happen, so do not worry, we just need to know so we take care of it before the next guest. Pool rules: 1) No dogs on the pool furniture 2) Please do not prop the pool gate open Let us know if you have any questions!

You can park on the road or in the grass along the fence line to the field. Please do NOT walk your dog in the unfenced area! Ensure your dog is securely leashed before exiting your car, and walk them directly into the field. Ensure the gate is secured behind you before letting your dog off leash! Please ensure they are safely secured again before exiting the field and returning to your car! *This spot is first and foremost an agility field! There is equipment setup as seen in the photos pretty much all the time. You do not need to be an agility whiz to rent- if you are looking for a quiet, safely enclosed space to let your dog have some off leash time, you are more than welcome here! But do note that it is not a wide open space meant for free running. If your dog has never done agility, do not force them onto any obstacle. Reward them for investigating things, but best not let them have a bad time or get hurt bailing off of a higher obstacle if they are at all unsure. Please do NOT change the height of any jumps unless you know how to do so CORRECTLY! Do not attempt to move or change the height of any tunnels, the teeter, weave poles, or larger obstacles. And please no humans (children included) on or inside of ANY of the obstacles! They are not meant to bear the weight of a human, and they are expensive to replace if damaged. AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Tunnels from Clean Run. Keep your dogs leashed for safety when entering/exiting the agility field as the rest of the property is not fenced. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure you & your dog can run safely! Clean up after your dogs please! Stay safe, have fun, and happy sniffing 🐽

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence.
