This includes treatment and management of our pond (this will help with any overgrown of invasive species such as so many cattails and keep any algae and weeds at bay during the summer months to insure a clear swimming, boating & fishing environment), we will be clearing out more overgrown foliage near the front dam & adding a bridge to create an additional access point to field#2 on the opposite side of the pond (currently the main way to access this field is by walking around the back side of the pond), we will also be adding a small cabin (we will offer this to be rented out in the future and will not have Sniffspot on those days) & we will add benches to the opposite side of the pond for all to enjoy. Private, fully fenced yard. No shared space, easy entry, and a calm, safe environment for your pup to decompress. Bonus: direct access to the Wissahickon Trail!! 🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people and their pups. This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.
