Also, we do require you to pick up after your dogs. Trash can and doggie bags available upon request. Access to Restroom separate from the residence is also available upon request. We have 2 sitting areas for the hoomans to enjoy their visit. Drinks and snacks can also be provided with prior arrangements!

Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time. For safety reasons with my open Seawall I do not allow children under 16 in or around the pool area. This is strictly a service for dogs to come and swim and enjoy the pool.

Bring your dogs to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get some sunshine with your best friend(s). There’s a big open field to play or train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. Pool For Pups N' Peeps In Spring Hill

Bring your dogs for a run or a swim. Pool is included under extras for a small fee. The fee helps cover the extra pump cleaning and filter changing as the dog hair especially with long haired dogs makes a big impact. Screened in pool has a accessible doggie door to go in and out as they choose. Humans can take a dip with their furry pals and cool down. Chairs and shade if needed.There is a trampoline if your pet has a wild side, ours do, as well as a tire and rope for chewing or swinging. No fertilizers, pesticides used in the yard or home. Our dog that lives on property takes flea medication monthly.

Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
