This is a very quiet neighborhood at the top of a ridge in Irondale, Alabama, just outside Birmingham. The line with Birmingham is about a block from my house. The entire property is a half of acre with a quarter of an acre in the back. It is fully fenced and reinforced with chicken wire that is hard to see but keeps the backyard safe for anyone trying to get in or more importantly anyone trying to get out. There is driveway parking and a fence for entry to the backyard on each side of the property. One of which is directly in front of the parking area. Unfortunately the water in the back is currently having issues, but I am happy to fill water bowls for you or I can leave out a bottle of water for you to fill your own bowl. There are neighbors on each side. The neighbor to the right has a very easy going golden retriever. My dog is a Labrador. There are other dogs that are on other properties and at 5:30 on weekdays. They usually bark and greet each other for yappy hour. They usually lay against the fences and spend time with each other. It's very sweet and a safe way to meet each other. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. My time is very flexible and if you let me know in advance I am happy too. Either leave things open for you or meet you here. Fully fenced in yard with privacy fence. Accessible from outside the home. There is little grass coverage, but plenty of shade and room for your dog to run and release some energy! We have two dogs so there will be PLENTY of fun things to sniff in the yard. (Our dogs will not be outside during your visit.) Our home is a corner lot, so we only have two sides of our fence shared with neighbors. They do not have dogs, but my neighbor to the back CORNER does have dogs that can be seen from my elevated patio. They are not able to access our fence, though.

Lovely, quiet back yard to run and play. Squirrels running around will peak your dog's attention.

Nice open area for your dog. Shaded area to relax for you if you want to let your dog run around by themselves for a while. Also access to a TV while your dog plays if you choose. Hose to refill water bowl for your dog as well.
