Our yard was made for dogs. We designed it to be a mess free spot for our dogs to play! There is an area of grass that’s surrounded by smooth rocks to avoid muddy paws. There is a small dog pool available for your dog to play or if you want to give a bath! We provide dog towels for your convenience. Relax on our comfy chairs in the shade and enjoy a refreshing drink and snack while your pup zooms around. The yard is shaded all day so no need to worry about the heat or sunburns. The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. I love bringing foster dogs to the property to run around and hang out for a bit. There is a chain link fence and one of my neighbors has a sweet outdoor dog that enjoys company so just FYI.

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

I have A great backyard with grass and DG along with a hill. I have covered seating for the pet parents I also have a fire pit that you could sit around if you wanted to make a little fire while you're watching your doggies. I have a side gate that you can enter through to the backyard.

Hello! If your pup needs a private, fenced area to run off-leash, we've got just the spot! U-shaped yard has plenty of room to run and play. Hose is available for drinking water, water play, and bathing. Please remember to shut off the faucet when you're finished. Shaded patio seating area. We put treats, toys and fresh water out before each visit when we can. Short notice bookings are welcome, but please note we may not be available to put goodies out. Empty bowls are provided and can be filled with the hose. Need something else? Just ask! We'll try to accommodate every request. We are new to this and adding amenities as we're learning what our guests want and need. We frequently dog sit for multiple people and we block off reservations during those times. If you have special circumstances and need a spot during a block, just message me and I'll see if I can arrange it. We're not quite ready to get a dog of our own yet, but in the meantime, this amazing yard shouldn't go to waste. Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry with some long grass and foxtails along the fences/edges. We mow regualrly but until summer, foxtails are inevitable given the open setting. Please come prepared for these conditions. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows.
