Thank you ☺️ 4 acres of doggy paradise. Fully fenced. Large pond for your dog to cool down, lots of smells, 12 feet tall “mountain” for athletic dogs. Lots of natural shade plus shade sails. Hanging hammock. New! 🤩We now have 2 picnic tables and metal pergola for more shade. We installed new gate ✅ For your convenience: *dog toys * towels (please text me if there are no towels). * first aid kit * dog bowl * hand sanitizer * poop bags * dog swimming vest * drinking water (5 gallon jogs) * large bowl of ice (available upon request when host is on site) * restroom (available at the barn, please note that you might encounter people if you walk in the barn) we now have porta potties right by the parking lot ☺️ It’s getting hot! On weekends we will try our best to make some fresh home made cold lemonade for human guests 🥰 Please note Saturday 7am-1pm is our member only time. Starting June 1st Sunday all day will be member only time. Please consider getting a membership for The secret oasis. Thank you for your support. NOTE: there are no people/dogs at the sniff spot but you can encounter people while walking through the property to access the spot. If your dog is human reactive please contact us before booking as on weekends mornings and M-F after 5pm there might be people on the property (there are never people at the sniff spot, but sniff spot is part of 26 acres property and there might be people at the other parts of the property). Please keep in mind, there is a resident dog on site, Labrador Big Max, therefore it is crucial that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, so Big Max is inside and does not come to greet you. There is lots of space to park, please don’t drive on the lawn, it is a short walk from parking to the spot entrance. Thank you for understanding. Not suitable for toy/small dog breeds due to size of the property. Please don’t come to “check us out” without appointment or before your appointment! It is our home, please respect our privacy. Welcome! We are excited to have you and grateful to our guests for making us the 2nd most visited SniffSpot in all of Florida 🩵 Got a big, energetic dog who needs a lot of space to run? You’ve found it! If your dog is happiest in the water, we are here for you! We are a haven for dogs with Strong Opinions about things! 🤗 Doesn’t love people? Come on over! Hates other pets? That’s cool! Lives to chase squirrels and moles? We’re overrun, you do you! We are blessed with 19 gorgeous acres of ♿️ HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE pasture, ancient live oak hammocks, and trails surrounding 3 ponds and a creek leading to a cypress swamp. It’s Old Florida at its very BEST. Canter Woods is on the corner of two dead-end dirt roads with barely any traffic. We are now FULLY FENCED so your dog can safely work out every ounce of excess energy! Seating and picnic tables are provided throughout the property, and there is plenty of natural shade. We have a private road that runs all around the inside of the fence, so if your dog likes to run alongside you while you pedal, go ahead and bring your bicycle! The road/trail is almost completely shaded, so even on the hottest of days, it’s quite pleasant. One of our trails, which fully accommodates any vehicle, leads directly to our main seating area adjacent to not one but two ponds. Guests who use a wheelchair, crutches, or a walker can make it from their vehicle to a sturdy chair or lounger in just 6-8 feet ♿️ If you would like access to this parking spot, simply arrange with us. Our shallow swimming ponds are fed nonstop by a deep artesian well. We also have plenty of wildlife—depending on how rambunctious your dog might be, you may see otters, soft shelled turtles, tortoises, wood ducks, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels. We also have a plentiful supply of water birds—herons, egrets, and more. We are a Certified Wildlife Habitat™️! 🍃🌱🌿🪵🐇 We have horses on the premises in paddocks, and they’re tolerant of dogs and their mischief and love ♥️ our SniffSpot dog guests. Hopefully your dog is tolerant of these large mysterious creatures and doesn’t harass them! If you think your dog might be aggressive with the horses and get over or under their sturdy 4-foot paddock fence, please use a leash when in proximity of the barn and paddock! Do note that our horses are ridden and worked often, so there’s always the possibility that you will encounter “evidence” of a horse having passed there before you 😉 As we say around here, that’s farm life for ya! If that kind of thing bothers you, this probably isn’t the right spot for you. We are not manicured lawn—we are a farm and woods and a certified wildlife habitat. Note that we do have some predator animals such as hawks, owls, and the occasional bobcat, so this area is best suited for dogs over about 15 pounds. We keep our 4-lb chihuahua mostly inside, since we moved here. Parking is near the main entrance gate, close to the barn, and you are invited to start off your visit on the trails, following Bambi’s Run at the main entrance. Poop bags, maps, and a trash can are located on a pine tree at the parking area and near the horse paddock. ✨ PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically requesting that you do NOT come to our farm to “check us out” WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Please respect that Canter Woods is also our home, and we are closed to anyone who doesn’t have an appointment. For our security and the safety of our guests and their dogs, we have surveillance cameras in use at all our entrances. MEMBERS-ONLY HOURS: We reserve before-work 7:30-10:30 am, Saturday mornings until noon, and all day on Sundays for dog lovers who have chosen to be members. Members also get a lower rate that’s never subject to a price increase + free use of our wash rack and dog shampoo! (a big bonus for the big dogs in our lives!) WE ARE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS 🦋

Our 5 acre spot is the perfect location to exercise your big boys and girls! With ample room to fetch and run, your doggos will LOVE our spot! Don't forget to bring water! More amenities will be added this summer, 2024.

Come enjoy this 1/2 acre fully fenced grass play space on a private horse farm. Clean and secure area. Large oak tree with plenty of shade. Large and small dogs welcome! Plenty of room for your furbaby to run and play. Full use of obstacles! Chairs, Water hose and sprinkler available. No heavy digging. Please bring and remove your own waste baggies. Welcome to Sweet N Sour Farm. Our family of 7 are all animal lovers & we look forward to meeting you. The play area is a fully fenced paddock with enough free space to tire out even the most high energy pup. Property is perimeter fenced as well. All areas have individual fencing for safety, in case of escape artist. Peaceful, quiet spot with beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Many wild birds around during the day. Peaceful view of the pond and our farm animals. Enjoy open area playtime with your furbaby or sit and enjoy the surroundings while they play. Gated entrance and gated parking, no safety concern for your vehicle or belongings.

With a little over an acre of land there is plenty of space for dogs (and humans) to stretch their legs and burn some energy! Our land has trees for shade to hide from the hot sun, toys to play with and a kiddie pool can be filled upon request. Our spot is located on a dead end street, so it’s pretty quiet. We welcome dogs of all ages, size and abilities! Book your stay and come enjoy the life of Loxahatchee!

Large open cleared backyard field. In the very back not much shade, but here are 2 very large trees closer to the back of the house that you pass on the way to the open field. Please only stay within the boundery of my yard despite no fence with my neighbors yard either. Which is to the left of the power pole. Please & thank u!

We have some space for dogs to play, with amenities for the humans as well. We have a fire pit, outdoor cooking area, dining tables, hammocks, kids play area, a garden and we’ll soon be building a chicken coop and an outdoor shower area with a restroom.

Has lots of shade short grass, a greenhouse with plants and lots of running room and water and a bench to sit on on a private horse farm very clean.

Very nice area. Farm like. We have over an acre of yard for your dogs to run on. Chill family who won’t disturb or be outside when you will be.
