This private residential property features abundant off street parking and walking trails amidst a forest and 2 shallow creeks. Though unfenced, we offer doggie bags, sunscreen, big repellent as well as dog treats, human snacks, and light beverages to our guests. Enjoy walks and games of fetch amongst woodland wildlife just minutes from downtown Charlottesville! For breaks, please make yourself (and your dogs) comfortable on chairs at the creek, firepit, or back porch.

A safe, country 300+ acre farm that neighbors call LabLand:). We have a creek, & vacant, WELL fenced field for non aggressive dogs. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. 45 acre farm, 2 fully fenced acres and 20 with walking trails and groomed paths. Lawns are kept short to minimize ticks and plenty of parking! It's a great place to leave to ride bikes, and dog's can be left and supervised for an extra fee of $10. This is open from 4pm -10pm

Enjoy our secluded dog pasture located on a dead end out in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. We will have camp style chairs at the gate for your use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred).There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Small Farm adventures for your dog! Conveniently located between Ashland and Mechanicsville and not directly on a roadfront! Come roam our 7 acres including fields, backyards, and separate isolated training spaces. Our farm offers all the new sniffs like goats, chickens and horses safely contained and used to dogs. There are also often deer spotted on the edges of the fields! Use our 1 acre adjacent private field that has NO animals within sight for additional areas to run and play. Farm has many water access points, indoor shelter in case of inclimate weather. You are welcome to also bathe your dogs outside. A great opportunity to let your dog be a dog on or off leash! *If off leash please have a good recall as this farm is not completly fence contained and backs up to wooded areas

Tucked away in Goochland County! Rural, quiet, and plenty of privacy! House is nestled on 4 acres (fenced-in area is a little over half an acre) of flat land. Large tree in backyard provides shade for the pups, along with a couple kiddie pools for the water lovers. Plenty of toys, tennis balls, and towels available. Rest assured, your pup will have plenty of room to sniff & explore ! Seating and umbrella available for the humans, as well as WiFi and reading material, so you can be cozy while your fur kid is romping!

Upon arriving at the Meadow Farm dog park, please pull in the drive to the house to park feel free to explore all around the yard and across the driveway into the grass fields in the backyard is a fully fenced small area. Also, there is a picnic table that can be used as well as a swing. You’ll notice that there is a pond in the backyard where your dog can play. On the property you’ll get to see some farm animals as well. Enjoy your time at the Meadow Farm dog park. In the pictures you'll see a few maps, these can be used as a guide to help show property boundaries as well as parking.

I was made aware of this app through a support group for reactive dogs. The area available is a large family owned farm. Horses are on the land but kept separated. The area for walks has 3 trails in the woods as well as a large playing field that is very far from any street or vehicle. I love the idea of allowing your dog to just be a dog. It is a great space for off leash training or off leash play. Keep in mind it is a wooded area so squirrels and birds are very common and occasionally there will be deer.
