Had a great time at the farm and our dog loved it there! Plenty of space to run around, secure fence, water, and a few animal sightings. The host, Michelle, was great too! We'll definitely go back again.

Michele is an excellent host and has a fabulously well-fenced farm! My pup loved sniffing around in the morning, but there was also plenty of shade for later in hot days. He even made friends with a cow! Appreciated her letting us sniff around. Thanks for having us!

What a find! My dogs worked their noses and their legs exploring one of the pastures on Michele's beautiful farm. There were areas of sun and shade on a gentle hillside. The fence was secure. Do dress appropriately for walking in tall grass/weeds and possibly manure. We passed goats, sheep, cows, and dogs in other pastures while driving to our spot. Michele is an excellent host and so generous to share her land with other dogs and their people. We hope to visit again soon.

This is a wonderful place to take dogs! I failed to properly plan and organize which led to the host having to hurry. However, she was still extremely patient with me! I highly recommend this spot!!

I really enjoyed our visit! The host was awesome and we enjoyed talking with her. The fields are fenced and have hills. It is a working farm with sheep, goats, etc. There will be manure in the fields as expected. Many dogs love to eat manure from farm animals because it contains grain. The farm & fields are well maintained.

Our two pups has a great time. The residence is clearly marked and the yard designed with dogs in mind. The host had the cool baby pool out and even set a fan out back since it was such a hot humid day. There is a large field next to the fenced area for the dogs to explore with no other animals or people visible.

I’m pretty sure my dog had one of his best days today, romping over the whole space here at Amanda’s. He’s not a swimmer, but he loved splashing in the creek - although that might also be because he had a bath two days ago! I did three laps of the trails while my dog did about 27. He was thrilled to be able to run and explore as he pleased! My dog is dog reactive, so I asked Amanda to keep her dog in and we never even heard a peep. There is one bordering neighbor at the back of the woods with dogs, but they were securely fenced and we merely heard a bit of barking. It was such a joy to see my dog be able to freely run off leash, living his best life, without worrying about a negative encounter. (Joy for him and joy for me!)

Amanda's place is perfect, my girls had the best time playing in the creeks, running the trails and sniffing all the things! I can see this becoming our new favorite place! The trails are marked and mostly clear (beware of spider webs!) We will definitely be back.

This is such a great property! The paths and creek are nice and wide. It’s a short hike down to the creek (make a left at the second trail sign). The creek does get deeper than it appears in some areas, so keep that in mind if your dog isn’t used to the water. My dogs had the time of their lives sniffing away and running together in the creek. My little dog even tried her hand at fishing. We met the owner on the way out and she was nice as can be. We didn’t see any other people or animals on the trails or in the creek. Thank you for offering this amazing property! We will definitely be back.

FAQ about our Kents Store dog fields

Are dog fields safe?
If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Especially for training, privacy is ideal. Contrary to public dog parks, all Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog for off leash exercise or outdoor training. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars, while public dog parks often do not even have verified reviews. All payment is done securely online by credit card in a few simple clicks.
