We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

The park is open from 8am to dusk daily during the open season, which lasts from mid-March through December 1, weather permitting. Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

Aukerman Park, located at 15561 York Rd in North Royalton, Ohio, boasts a spacious field where dogs can run and play off-leash. The park is a popular spot for dog owners to socialize and exercise their furry friends. With its convenient location and open space, Aukerman Park provides a great place for dogs to socialize and enjoy the outdoors.

10 acres on a farm with a stocked treated pond (if you see the gold fish take a picture!), dogs are allowed to swim, we are not liable for any injuries, if your dog breathes in the water, or does not know how to swim. Clean towels are provided in the pavilion. There’s 1 large life vest for dogs. We ask each time that you close the dock gate for safety reasons when done. If your dog has long nails please do not launch them off the dock as it will scratch the dock up. Off the rocks or beach is fine. The pavilion has seating, refrigerators and microwaves. Popsicles are in the freezer to the back right of the pavilion. At night the dock and pavilion lights up and the pavilion has electric outlets. Disco ball as well. To the right is our corn field and to the left is our garden. Our chickens stay in the coop to the left up the hill please don’t let the chickens out when the dogs are around. To the front of the property is where our cows, baby doll sheep, and goats are kept. They’re available for viewing and petting, do not give them treats. Hand sanitizer is provided. Please pick up after your dogs if they use the bathroom and dispose of it in the provided trash cans or dumpster. Doggy bags are provided. Swing set near the beach is useable as well. Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Our backyard is your backyard! Let your dog(s) run and play in our fully fenced backyard. You can relax while they play - it’s very peaceful. We do have neighbor dogs on one side but they are seldom outside. Spring to Fall there’s a comfy seating area. Summer means the sprinkler and kiddie pool! Our gardens (fenced off from dogs) are yours to enjoy. Come, sit, stay a while as your dogs release that pent up energy. It’s fun in the snow! Our yard can be muddy in wet seasons, bring towels for dog wipe down during those times please.

Enjoy a private, fully fenced 2-acre yard with plenty of scents from visiting wildlife. Horses and chickens will be joining us in Fall 2025. Important Notes * This is our personal home and an active farm (est. 1801), not a commercial dog park. I host for the joy of sharing our space and to help with the costs of maintaining the property. * Please be respectful and patient—we’ll extend the same kindness to you. 🚗 At times, we may need to arrive/leave through the front yard during your booking but we will never enter the fenced sniff spot. 🐶 Our own dogs may bark if you’re near the house or camper, but they shouldn’t be visible. 🌍 Property is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. However, we spray for ticks in spring/summer and mow frequently to keep grass short. 🌧️ After heavy rain, a temporary pond may form in the back of the yard. Be prepared for mud! 🏠 Rain shelter available under the back lean-to off of the garage. Guest Rules * Limit: 2 humans per 1 dog. This beautiful 10 acres has trails that are well groomed and Paint marked making it very east to navigate through the property. There are plenty of trees and smells for you and your dog to escape to. You will be able to be one in nature with the property be completely remote from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is in a nice rural community of Kinsman Ohio, small town USA roughly an hour from Cleveland and hour and half from Pittsburgh. There is a gravel parking pad just inside the red gate. Once you turn in the property private drive, you will see the side yard to the left, a big evergreen tree at the end of the driveway. This is where I would like visitors to park on the driveway next to this tree. The property line is defined by neighbors barns, fences & tree lines that surround the property. The property doesn't include the field to the right past the property tree lines. Do not use it. The tree line literally outlines a big rectangle kinda shape of the property. There is a small creek on the other side of the trees but it is not a part of the property. Cannot use it. There is also in ground pool that is gated off by a fence. The valley connects with side yards, back yard, & the hill yard to the right of the backyard. I do not mind if dogs run freely as long as they stay on the property. The valley is half mowed due to fallen trees. Don't go past the fallen trees, the grass is high there. Neighbors do have dogs but never unattended nor do they use the property. In spring, I plan to fence in a part of the yard with things for dogs. The property does have water fun once the weather breaks. I do have a towel, plastic bags you can use for droppings that I will place out on the front porch by the trash cans. Please use the blue trash can to dispose of your pets poop after sealing it securely. I will update when seasons change of what will be accessible to you & your fur babies!🫶 Did I mention it is a very peaceful, natural environment. Dogs love to run around the property with supervision.
