Rent safe and private dog fields hosted by locals in Youngstown, Ohio

This is located in the middle of an industrial area of Youngstown. As you go up the drive you'll find that the city slips away as you suddenly find yourself in a different peaceful world. Overgrown brush and woods completely surround the property. You'll find a hilly field scattered with a few trees. There is a small shallow creek running along one side of the perimeter.

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

Take a peaceful walk on the trails and listen to the birds chirp in the trees. Maybe you have an older pup and hikes aren't really their thing anymore... that's okay too! We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! They will be in their respective areas, and wish to enjoy their time to enjoy the sunshine too! We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in by a combination of decorative wrought iron and chain link. The space has a combination of grass, woods and trails for dogs and their owners to explore. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider and the furniture on the deck. A pooper scooper is provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit.

We have trails through woods, trees are marked 3 red lines is property line, this is down a almost mile lane from any road, rough terrain though woods will require boots , we do not worry so much about cleaning up dog poop in the woods but we do have a lot of wildlife in woods deer/ porcupines etc so if off leash please make ur recall is good 👍 Pond is in yard of our home you are welcome to use it clean spring water , you can also get to pond though woods, we do have chickens that free range near house, many creeks through woods Make sure your furry friend has flea/ tick prevention on ! If you schedule during weekend we are more than welcome to show you around!

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. Welcome to Woofing Woods! Located on a quiet road in Harmony Twp/Ambridge (Beaver County, PA), Woofing Woods is about 5.25 acres of my woodland, non-level, unfenced, private property for your pup's enrichment, exercise, and fun! My backyard slopes downhill and becomes wooded. This is where the trail begins! At the bottom you'll find a supply station, and you'll see three main trails to explore. If you explore past the field and cross the stream, the very back of the property levels out and feels very much like a secluded nature park. Please consider whether my spot is a good fit for you and your pup due to the terrain and unfenced aspects of the property. My Sniffspot is also not great for small kids or possibly older joints and bones on pups. If you need or prefer level ground or cement with fencing then we're probably not a great fit! Just our backyard. Nothing fancy. A couple acres of cut grass and a few more wooded. The neighbors in the back have a farm and you’ll see cows regularly. Like a typical western, Pennsylvania yard, it’s usually muddy in the spring, but nice all summer long. Please reach out about current conditions before booking.

Lots of land for your dogs to run and play. Land is not fenced in. Wild animals might be seen deer, geese, ducks, snakes etc.

Our home sits on 8 acres with Glade Run Creek running through it! We have two large fields as well as woods in the back of the house. If you need a quiet place for your dog to roam and swim like our dogs do, please enjoy! (My dogs will be put away and we no longer have birds…just a cute photo for reference/view of the property) Note: the field with the golf course and volleyball is not our property. One of our neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out which we have no control over, however, there are 8 acres to explore so if you see his dog outside on his property, it’s easy to avoid an interaction. In the summer, the wire fence around the garden in the front field is electric to keep out deer, won’t hurt your pup but will definitely give them a startling zip if they touch it. If we are home we will sometimes be out on our deck, mostly in the summer, but our house is up on the hill and with 8 acres to explore and the creek running through the center of our property, it’s easy to still have your privacy.

Pup spot $10 per hour per dog For use of guest house with pup spot $35 per hour with 1 dog. Add additional $5 per hour per dog, maximum 3 dogs per visit. All household amenities are available and ihandicap accessible. Food/snacks are not included but you are welcomed to cook during your stay! 5 hour max per visit

1 acre open pasture for dogs to run freely, there is a well water hose, goats and cows next door and chickens(fenced in) on our property.

Lots of room to play fetch, and run. Concrete driveway and lots of grass. It’s by the road so I advise keeping your dog on a leash unless it is fully trained to listen to your commands. Toys, treats, and water bowl provided.

Not only do we offer our yard but we also offer training and boarding. I’m a CGC evaluator and certified in animal welfare and behavior. All dogs on site must be fully vaccinated- bordetella included. Dogs also must be current on worm prevention- poo must be picked up and put into the waste can provided.
