Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just run. _________________________________ SPECIAL EVENT JOIN OUR TEAM: 1 free additional stay for any dog signed up and completes the 2023 30 mile walk for Wounded Warriors starting April 1- May 7th. Come join our Team , myself and Felicity my puppy being trained as a service dog, search and rescue and medical support. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 6 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

The drive way is lined with solar lights and there is space in front of the garage to park. There is about a 300 yard walk to the east to get to the open area reserved for your open play area. There is a picnic table with a cooler with bottled waters for you to enjoy while your four legged friend runs and plays.

Maintained trail trough a partially fenced side lot. Friendly horses in the back near the path. Gorgeous views of neighboring farms. Path is located on a working homestead. Please be aware and respectful of all livestock. Everything to the west of the driveway and horse pasture to the stop sign on steinbach rd is free range. Please stay out of animal pens.

I live out in the country. In a separate fenced in area I have chickens, ducks, and geese. In a 6’ huge area I also have dogs. I put them in crates when I know someone is bringing their dogs. People could go into that huge 6’ fencing area. The problem would be they could step into my dogs poop. This huge area I’m letting people use is very wide and long. Not that pretty. The very back only has 4’ fencing. All the rest has 5’ fencing. I love it for just letting medium and small dogs run. Could be ok for large dogs as long as they are not jumpers. If my standard poodle ever wanted to get out of that area, she could. Never out of the six foot area. It is not what I have up there.

Rural area lots of uncut field (over 4 acres) to run and play in. Great for dogs with high prey drive. Excellent space to teach recall and seek & find work. A large open area near the barn (approx 1 acre), grass mowed. Good for playing, training or general use.

Beautiful sprawling 10 acres. Includes mowed area, taller grasses and woods if you prefer. Relax in the hammock or enjoy a game of fetch with your best friend! Please make yourself at home!! We love for you to be our guest!

It’s a large open area to RUN! RUN! RUN!!! We sit on about 5 acres. There’s an old barn on the property. It’s so much open space that I can’t help but feel as though we should share it with more dogs! Our German shorthair pointer can run for hours out here and it is more than enjoyable to get to sit and watch. We’d love to see some other dogs running and frolicking in our open space. Our pointer, Patton can be put in the house while you visit. If you have a small dog, I HIGHLY recommend a coyote vest with the spikes on the top of it to repel hawks if you plan on letting your little dog off leash out here. We have hawks and bald eagles and I have had a hawk attempt to take my 4 lb yorkie poo. There’s chickens that we free range, but I am more than happy to put them away if they will be a distraction to your dog. I know they are to most. Haha
