We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our Pond SniffSpot is available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, chairs, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. We are 6.14 acres of very secluded play acres, just 15 minutes west of Dayton. Open meadow for frisbee or training. Fully fenced backyard with 20,000 gallon in ground, heated pool. Place to hose off. 8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

4-5 acres of well cared for fields, totally pesticide free. The back is fenced except in front of the neighbors house. We have large fields, and a nice size pond to play in! There’s a hose on the side of the house that can be used for washing the pond water off, dog drinking water, and can be used for the sprinkler. My father in law is generally outside doing yard work or sitting on the front porch.
