RIVER LOVERS’ SPOT IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE…. A pair of Canada Geese chose prime safe riverfront for this year’s clutch. I am glad they favor it but it causes some problems. He is very aggressive in defending his little family. There is no way to place a barrier because he flies and the water is open space. Unfortunately, we cannot have guests until the goslings are in the water (4-6 weeks). I posted current photos and I will update as things develop. Please visit later. UPDATE: We are awaiting approval by Dept. Environmental Conservation for ground changes. I’M ANXIOUS AND WILL POST WORD SOON…please be patient 🙁. Follow up 8/10/2022 With summer slipping away and things not changing on our waterfront, I’ve decided to open the calendar and see what happens. Things don’t always go as planned. The water is low. The shore is rocky (but not far in). The natural shore is pretty mucky. And there’s an old dock that needs to be pulled. Mostly cosmetic and negotiable with the keepers of the wetlands. DOGS DON’T CARE. Take a peek and see if it would suit your pup. We’ll be here next year but once it freezes it’s a “no dog” zone. 🐾 Dogs, bring your people and swim, run, or just watch the ships on the St. Lawrence. No fence but there’s more riverfront than road front. Our spot is small, quiet and your only distractions will be shore birds, waterfowl and fish. The shore is low rocks so good footing preferred. The water is shallow. The vistas are perfect. All dogs should have a river spot to share.

Come exercise your best friend in a fully fenced acre. Picnic table seating for humans and a play ground for kids. Plenty of Tennis Balls and Frisbee's incase you forget your buddies toy at home.

A 3 acre piece of Heaven in the country with village ammenities nearby. Let your dog run free to explore in private or as a group. Large dogs with behavior, aggression or are reactive who cant go to public dog parks are welcome. Use our area to safely train your dog.

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD** Fenced in paddock area available for rent, indoor arena available if prebooked for inclement weather pending prior riding lessons. Property also features hayfeilds, trails, some unmaintained ponds and lots of wildlife. Farm has horses, ducks, chickens and barn cats.
