55Our girls LOVED this as their first sniff spot. We live right over the CST/EST time border and didn’t take that into account for our visit. PSA - this property is in CST. The host graciously let us come an hour early anyway. We will gladly come back if allowed!

55Most of the sniffspots we have been to were big open fields, but today was a super hot day so we were thankful for the shade! This spot was perfect for our pup to walk around on a leash, explore and sniff a new location, without the risk of other dogs or people engaging with us. Our pup had the time of his life! It’s a beautiful space, fenced in, and very clean.

She had no problems being off leash today, however, if she becomes a jumper I would probably be a little bit more cautious (she is a 1 yr. old German Shepard). Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
