Private fenced in back yard located in Lake Forest. Ample parking on the street, entry is through the side yard gate. I run this for my dad who is a retiree.

This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt/ long crass vegetation. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway until you reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **3 goats roam the play space when not in use by dogs.** **We are fellow dog-lovers! During your visit, our dogs (and goats) will be enclosed about 50 feet uphill and away from main play space with two of layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). If you’re dog roams this area, know it is fully enclosed. We do have signs that discourage use of this area to maximize privacy and minimize distractions. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it is overlooking the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Our doggy paradise was designed for dogs and humans in mind. We have a mini golf area, the turf is meant for pets, we have a large doggy house, there's an enclosed dog area if needed, there's doggy furniture and toys, and outdoor furniture for humans as well! Grass space for pups and outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating available for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Umbrellas for shade are over the couch, and loungers in the gravel section of the yard—shade is very much based on the time of day and where the sun is. Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys, dog water bowl, water station, and treats Other essentials: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, gloves, flashlight, fan, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • While the space isn’t perfect, it offers a private place to play for pups of all sizes. We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance • Are you interested in a monthly membership, a puppy party, or a litter reunion? Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood. **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Howdy! Come 1 come all to our fun little yard :) I’m an avid dog lover who just hasn’t gotten my own dog yet. So, in the meantime would love to share my yard space with y’all! Our neighbor does have two dogs who, when outside will bark at other dogs from time to time. There is a section of the fence that is chain link and the dogs can see each other. If the barking becomes too much for your dog, I will always offer refunds if you can’t stay. Other than that parking is easy and we will give you your privacy hope to see you soon!
