The pool reaches a maximum depth of about 5 feet. If you’ll be bringing 🚨 children who cannot swim 🚨, please let us know after booking. ✨ At night, the pool lights up! Choose classic white or colorful changing lights after booking. Patio lighting keeps the yard bright for safe and fun evening visits. 🎾 Whether your pup loves fetch, zoomies, swimming, or simply relaxing, there’s something for everyone. Feel free to bring a speaker and enjoy your favorite music while you unwind. 👥 Reservations include up to 2 adults per dog. Additional adult guests are welcome for a $10 fee per person. 🧹 Please help us keep the yard clean by picking up all trash, belongings, and used dog treats before leaving. Gum must be disposed of in the poop trash can only and should never be left on the patio, sidewalks, pool steps, or landscaping rocks. Unfortunately this is a big issue for us.😢 ☂️ Please do not adjust or move the pool umbrella. Unfortunately, we've had to replace it multiple times due to damage, and we'd love to keep it available for everyone to enjoy. ⚠️ The slide is currently cracked and unavailable for use. Our backyard is a wide open space with lots of fruit trees and plants for the sniffing! We have a large patio couch and umbrella to protect you from the sun. There is a basket of tennis balls for the pups enjoyment. We also include poop bags to clean up after your pup. On the back porch we have a utility sick and soap in case you need to wash your hands. The garden hose is also available for dogs that enjoy some water, we just ask you don’t let it run for your entire visit. You enter the yard through the gate in our carport.

The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and offers a private, peaceful environment for dogs of all sizes. Whether you’re looking for off-leash exercise, training space, or a relaxing outdoor adventure with your furry friend, this backyard is a great place to visit.

Shaggy's Shack in Tempe

Does life feel “ruff” sometimes? Maybe it’s time to run free in an enclosed private backyard with lots of grass. Or are you looking to “make your mark” in this world? Or perhaps you just want to “paws” and relax in the shade. If so, then Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for you....and your awesome human, too! Shaggy’s Shack in Tempe has lots of grass for running, chasing balls, and doing the zoomies! It’s fully enclosed with a 5 to 6-foot block wall and more than 25 trees and bushes to explore. You can play fetch with tons of toys and there’s a designated digging spot, too. Or maybe you just want to cool off in a diving pool that’s professionally cleaned every Wednesday–even during Tempe’s cold months. Oh, and Shaggy’s Shack also has features shaded chairs for your human to relax as they watch you explore, play fetch, swim, and have a pawsitively good time. Shaggy’s Shack’s residents (and their humans) will be home but out of sight. The entire lot is just shy of a half-acre, and it’s conveniently located in Tempe. Many dogs live in the area, they may bark in greeting when they hear you. We offer many pawsome amenities at Shaggy’s Shack, including bags and a trash can for your nature calls and a disposable water dish with lots of fresh water (and water for your human, too). Clean towels for drying off after you’ve doggie-paddled in the pool are also provided. Of course, use of the pool is at your and your human’s own risk. The pool is chlorinated and not heated in the winter months. Your human may use the pool to get a closer look at your pawsome doggie paddling technique. While we provide towels for you, we ask that your human brings their own towels. There is no fence or gate around the pool, and we strongly encourage you to bring your own doggie life vest if you do decide to get your paws wet. Discounts are available for multiple dogs. Visit times can be extended if there is availability. Respecting Sniffspot’s 30-minute transition time between visit times is very important. So that no one gets hurt or gets into something that could be dangerous, glass, alcohol and smoking are prohibited. All pups need to be up-to-date on all vaccinations to keep our resident and visiting doggos healthy. Since Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for dogs, please be mindful of your doggie to human ratio; kids are welcome but must be 100% supervised, especially around the ungated, unfenced pool. Pool bathroom is on the west side of the house and is marked. I'd say half of the bookings are people wanting to use the yard for large dog social gatherings. There is a sitting area under an oak tree and plenty of room for running around and playing with your dog or multiple dogs. We've had "Corgi" parties with 20 small dogs running around having fun. Emma's Enchanting Escape

At Emma’s Enchanting Escape you will find a fully fenced backyard with turf and rock for dogs to play and explore. Pet owners can relax on the loungers and even use the fire pit for a beautiful, peaceful evening. Water is always available for pets and humans alike! Additional chairs and seating available under the covered patio for those hot Arizona days. We will soon be adding kiddie pool and a beverage spot for owners too! Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

The pool is big but not very deep - swimmers rejoice in the summer! The pool is not fenced for those fearful of their dogs around water. Looking for a few nice respectful owners and dogs.

Esteban Dog Park in Phoenix, Arizona is a fully-fenced enclosure where dogs can socialize and play. Owners must clean up after their dogs using the provided waste containers and mutt mitt dispensers. Dogs must be on a leash until inside the park, and owners must maintain control over their pets at all times. Aggressive behavior is not tolerated. My yard is free of any toxins; I use Epsom salt to keep the grass fresh. The grass is mowed and kept short, in fact, started to plant clover which is a natural nitrogen replenisher for the ground. At some point, there may be more clover than grass. :)

NOT your perfect yard but plenty of space for your pup

June 9th: We’ve had an outbreak of slime mold in the backyard. It’s not harmful or toxic to dogs but if you see little white puffs in the grass that’s what they are. If kicked open they look like diarrhea from dogs. Again, not harmful just wanted to let you know. As it heats up they will disappear. Not your perfect yard, digging and construction going on, equipment may or may not be out. If you’re looking for the perfect yard for you this IS NOT the place for you. If you’re looking for a place for your dog then we MIGHT have the backyard for them. Ok, now that we have that out of the way if you still feel froggy in visiting our backyard you are more than welcome. BUT please keep in mind we are still doing renovations and making our backyard more presentable not only for us but for you, our guests. If you can’t stand the unsightly look of dirt and rock with wood stacked away, tractors parked on the side, open sheds and maybe coming across some dog poop then this place really may not be for you. We do try our best to clean up but hey, sometimes we miss. I feel like this has to be said. IF YOU’RE NOT READING THIS DESCRIPTION AND ARE STILL UPSET WHEN YOU SHOW UP THEN THIS IS NOT THE YARD FOR YOU. We are happy to share our space with you but we are still working on making it look better. The Description: 1 acre lot with large yard and pool for swimming. Light Construction is still going on but I’m mostly done and will be inside. Come visit and please don’t expect a perfect looking yard. Also please DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. There is plenty of space to park alongside our front yard. **Important: if your dog does go swimming and you decide to take the pool hose out PLEASE RETURN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If you don’t it will burn up the pool pump. Please try and keep them from biting the hose. **Small dogs like chihuahuas may be able to escape through the fence. Please look at pictures in the listing. **We do have chickens but they are in a large cage with pallets blocking the view of them. Please message us if they are too much of distraction for you doggo. **We are currently working on installing new grass by the pool so it’ll be a mess for a bit.
