In town with a country feel, we offer a relaxing area for paw-rents and a wide open space for your fur baby to safely run and play. Our lab, Teddie Mae, is available on request as a playmate. We are kid friendly, and we hope to provide a perfect alternative to the frenzy of a dog park. Come relax while your pet enjoys some free time!

**Spot fee includes pool access for dog(s) and 1 HUMAN ONLY. If more than 1 human intends to access the pool, there is an additional charge. POOL ACCESS LIMITED TO 2 HOURS MAX. Children under 18 are always prohibited. Please see 'Extras' for more details.** This is a seasonal spot available from April - October. Spot is closed November - March. Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, and fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Dog leash, poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

Small acreage homestead in a rural pocket of Denton County, just seconds from stores and shopping. Here you will find large oak trees, grassy fields, swimming pool, swing set, and even horses to admire or befriend across the fence. My dogs love it here and I know yours will too!

Welcome to our little oasis! We have a pond, lots of open area and beautiful Trees! I’m sure your fur babies will love it just as much as mine 😊

One acre backyard with a fenced saltwater pool. Pool has a ramp that's perfect for dog's that are water shy. I usually maintain water at ramp level to conserve water. This makes the pool 5 feet deep at the deepest level. There are plenty of spots to sniffs outside the pool area, this includes access to Cottonwood Creek. Please shower dogs before pool use :)

It's a nice large space to come have a picnic with family and pets. Horses and chickens next door allow for farm setting. A little barking is ok, but please don't let your dog stay at fenceline and continue barking at farm animals for more than 30 seconds. Thank you and Come on down!

Please note: 1) The pond is slowly refilling with the recent rains, but it's still low. 2) There are low-lyong areas of standing water and lots of mud after it rains here, and it's very difficult to scoop wet horse manure up in the pasture. 3) Starting and closing times are changing due to the shorter days. It takes a significant amount of time to clear the pasture and paddock of horse manure prior to visits, and to pen our outdoor animals up at bedtime. Those tasks can only be managed with sufficient daylight ** You and your furry family members can enjoy a peaceful, large, open paddock, and 1 acre pasture with shade trees, a pond, and fresh water for pups. There is SO much to see and smell at RichKat Ranch! Please note that the North and East pasture fences are wrought iron with spacing that could allow a puppy/small dog to pass through (toy breeds or those such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, etc). Puppy play time! Bring your pups to run and explore our property. We have a fully fenced yard or an open, unfenced field…your choice! Total property is 2.5 acres. Important note: Our property is bordered by a creek. It is not to be entered/accessed by Sniffspot visitors, please.

Hello y'all! I live on 12 acres that is surrounded by a tree line and deep creek. There is no easy way to the creek but if you have a spry and energetic dog they will love the climb to get to it. The area is not fenced however, so supervision of the dogs is a must. I have a few trails you can take your dogs on and a wooded area they can run hide and dig up. Parking is to be done at the house of lot 56. No parking to be done at the commercial residence of the company there. Behind the house I have about 2 acres of mowed grass as well. But if your doggo likes to run around until it's tired and come back to fall on you, I have the perfect place for the adventurous pups. Lastly, there ARE feral cats that stay at the barn next door. They stick pretty close to their area but be prepared to call your dog off or walk them to the field before letting them off the leash please.

Summer is right around the corner ☀️ 😁 My yard is just a little over half a acre with plenty of space to run around & fetch. It is fully fenced so you can feel comfortable enjoying one of the many spots to relax while your dog(s) can freely roam the yard. 🙂 Feel free to sit on the patio, or one of the many swings around.
