Hello! We’re Kate and Bethany, and this is our yard. We have 2 wonderful but reactive dogs and we’d love to help someone else with a reactive bud(s) have space to play and train. The fence is chain link and 5ft high, our girls haven’t cleared it yet! We are looking into privacy screening for the fence but until then it is a great spot to practice with reactivity as there’s distractions but also you can control the distance of those distractions. Our yard is available mostly during our work hours so our dogs are in the house, they may bark, but then should settle. Feel free to hang on our front porch on the bench/shade. Welcome to our mini dog gym, inside you'll find a brand new way of exercising your dog. Slatmills are propelled by your pup so they're in control of the workout ensuring that they're comfortable. This small Sniffspot may not appear to be much, but it's a great space during inclement weather or a pitstop before work. Test it out today! Slatmill is located in the interior of garage. You will also have access to the backyard, which is shaded most of the day. Warning, the neighbors directly behind us have one barrier reactive dog!!

Once you come in the yard you will see 2 fences. There are a bunch of dog toys in there including a ball thrower. There is a fire pit right outside the gate. There is a swimming pool. It not filled right now.

Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

Both of my dogs are geriatric and enjoy the backyard to sunbathe but I do miss why I bought this backyard in the first place. For medium to large dogs, it's not a huge space but that doesn't mean they can't enjoy the peace that you get back here. If you have little dogs, it's the best place in the world for them. If you have reactive dogs, it's the best place in the world for you, Your dogs cannot get out nor fight any other dogs in the neighborhood through my fence. If they enjoy screaming at squirrels, this is your spot. They get to learn and smell all the things from my old dogs that are completely vaccinated. Opal is a pyrenees mix who is 13 years old and Rupert is a dachshund mix who is 16 in this year 2025. They love the sunshine and the snow but they are old, so please come enjoy what they sleep through most days 💜

The space is simply my back yard in Sandy, but it is quite large (see photos) and used to dogs running around. I have a Chihuahua and a Weimaraner who I will keep inside during visits unless you’d like your pup to have a playmate. My chihuahua is very friendly, but my Weim takes some warming up, so just the Chihuahua is available for potential playdates.

Old Fort Road Dog Park in South Weber, Utah is a fully-fenced park equipped with chairs and tables for pet owners to relax while their dogs play. We do Rover so we tend to have 1-6 other very dog friendly dogs around, including ours, for socializing. We also can keep them indoors if you prefer a private yard. Large fully fenced, dog proof yard with grass area, wild area and treed area. We have a very big water trough, big enough for dogs to lay down or splash in on hot days. The water goes through a UV light and bio filter for clean safe water. We keep yard clean. Plenty of space to throw balls. Or just sit back and relax while your dog has some fun.

Front yard is available anytime! There is a beware of dog sign at the front gate to notify anyone who may try to enter. There is also a hose and water bowls available for use on the porch. Raspberries and Russian sage grow in the summer and guests are welcome to pick raspberries and take sage clippings. Please watch dogs while on property.

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. Dog play area - All grass in play area but we do have 2 raised garden beds that is currently not being used. There is soil in the boxes so dogs could potentially jump in there and get dirty. Large Cement Porch - You will have a table and seating area available during your visit. Entrance - Side gate is easily accessible and will have a sign on the front of the gate. Summer time - We will offer kiddie pools for the dogs to play in the warmer months Winter Time - Kiddie pools will be removed but will have access to drinking water for your dogs.
