This space is best suited for dogs that respond well to owner commands and can be redirected when needed. Our backyard is SO much fun. We have two huskies that get all of their energy out, so if these crazy boys can, yours can, too! Fully fenced + covered in vines so they cannot jump over. Enjoy a fully fenced .75‑acre yard less than a mile from Antelope Island. The space includes a small playground, trampoline, mixed grass-and-rock landscaping, a fenced garden, and a deck with patio seating. I have four dogs, so while I keep things tidy, there may occasionally be poop in the yard. The outdoor fireplace is not available for use during visits. If I’m home, I’m happy to watch your pup while you run errands for an additional fee.

Hello! We’re Kate and Bethany, and this is our yard. We have 2 wonderful but reactive dogs and we’d love to help someone else with a reactive bud(s) have space to play and train. The fence is chain link and 5ft high, our girls haven’t cleared it yet! We are looking into privacy screening for the fence but until then it is a great spot to practice with reactivity as there’s distractions but also you can control the distance of those distractions. Our yard is available mostly during our work hours so our dogs are in the house, they may bark, but then should settle. Feel free to hang on our front porch on the bench/shade. Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!
