We recommend you drive all the way down the driveway for the best access to the large pond and trails through the woods. Tons of space for active dogs to run and play at this working ranch located just southeast of Austin (10 miles from Southpark Meadows). Recommended stay at least one full hour to explore fully. The ranch has multiple fenced areas that can be used (smaller areas if your dog isn't trained to come can be arranged). Our spot is part of our farm. There are some options available. Near the pond, within the main house fencing, or in the middle field. All three locations have fencing, water hoses and containers for washing off or drinking and shade spots. The fields are mostly grass and native wild plants. Chicken and dogs live on the property. Dogs are friendly guard dogs that mostly mind their own business. They are used to visitors and their pets but can be fenced in if previously requested.
