We recommend you drive all the way down the driveway for the best access to the large pond and trails through the woods. Off the driveway there are trails through the ravines, and up on the front is some nice pasture to explore. Fully fenced and safe! Come enjoy the sights and smells. North Shoal Creek Fully Fenced Yard W/ Swimming Pool

Fully-fenced yard with swimming pool! Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

Doggy Oasis w/Pool In College Station
