Please keep this in mind if you have smaller dogs such as Chihuahuas. 1.5 acres of peaceful wooded area with groomed walking trails for exploring. Please be aware that, as with any natural wooded environment, there may be uneven ground, tree roots, sticks, fallen branches, rocks, insects, poison ivy, mushrooms and other natural outdoor hazards. A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat. The shallower side of the pond is near the bridge, with water starting at about 1 foot deep and gradually sloping to around 5 feet at the deepest end 2 acres of open fields perfect for running, chasing balls, and stretching those legs. 1 acre near the house is not fenced

Full vinyl fencing that is very secure even for small dogs. Quiet neighborhood without many distractions other than squirrels. An outdoor water spigot to fill up a water bowl or you can hook up a sprinkler for water fun. I do have two dogs myself, but they would be kept inside during your visit.

I have almost an acre of land. About half of it is completely fenced off and the other half is open. We call it our back lot and it butts up to the road. Feel free to use the fenced inpart and the back lot. I just ask all gates are shut before you leave. You pick up after your dog. Any trash is thrown away. If you use the hose, please turn it off. And I will not be held liable for anyone that gets hurt on my property or on the child equipment. The pool is off-limits.

Field & Trees 10 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Homerville

We are Dan & Laura. We own 3+ acres of a cleared, mowed grass field area PLUS 7 acres of wooded ‘truck width’ trails. The trails are maintained with our mower, so no or minimal brush on them, making them easy to navigate. They are also color coded marked for ease of sense of direction. These woods are ‘working’ woods, as we harvest fallen trees to use for heat, so it is NOT Metro Park pristine! The trails are dirt, of course, and will be muddy- according to the weather conditions… However…. There always seems to be trails that maintain their drained dryness more than others. Our trails cover the entire perimeter of the property! They weave in and out among themselves! Quite a fun adventure! Pictured are wildlife- however- there is absolutely no guarantee you will see any. We have NO domestic deer like most suburbs do, so there may be NO sightings- just hoof prints. You have access to warm hose water during the cooler/ cold months. You are permitted to smoke and bring a cooler. If bringing kids please let me know. I will try to plant a feather or something for them to ‘find’ - You will pick up a sheet upon arrival, and parking is on site.
