Charlie's Hideaway fully fenced 9 acres in Black Forest

Fully Fenced
9 acres

Welcome to Charlie’s Hideaway - your dog's new favorite adventure spot! 🐾🐾 This 9-acre, fully fenced native pasture (with 4’ wire square fencing) is made for sniffing, zoomies and exploring. Rolling hills, patches of short and tall grass & a sandy area give your pup plenty of variety to roam and investigate. This private space is also a great fit for reactive dogs or those who need a calm, low-traffic environment. Street parking is available near the entrance and a two-gate entry system provides an added layer of security - allowing you to enter at your own pace and help your dog transition calmly into the space. As you come through the gate, you'll find a covered canopy and welcome station with fresh water, clean bowls, poop bags, toys and towels - everything you need for a comfortable visit. Chairs are available so you can sit back, relax and soak in those gorgeous Pike Peak views while your dog does their thing. Wildlife sightings are part of the charm - you may see hawks overhead, rabbits in the grass and occasionally deer passing by. Two resident barn cats also live on the property, but they're very shy and rarely seen. Please help keep Charlie's Hideaway clean and enjoyable for everyone by picking up after your dog (poop bags are provided and a trash can is located at the gate). Please review the Sniffspot visitor guidelines before your visit and then come ready to enjoy a peaceful, private outing with your pup!

The Oregon Trail (Dog trail by Sedalia, CO)

Unfenced
30 acres

**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (OF ANY KIND) ON PROPERTY DUE TO FIRE RISK.** Private Mountain Forest Dog Adventure – Creek, Trails & Total Privacy. Let your dog explore 30 acres of private Colorado mountain forest with fresh air, tall pines, and peaceful trails. A groomed trail leads about ½ mile through Douglas fir and Ponderosa pine down to a quiet open creek area where dogs can run, explore, and cool off in the water.  -Can be muddy pending season (bring towel in case) The forest canopy keeps much of the trail shaded, and the creek area is often cooler on warm summer days, making it a great escape from the heat. This spot is perfect for dogs that love space, freedom, and the smells of the forest. Many guests come back regularly because their dogs can relax, roam, and explore without crowds. Wildlife are sometimes seen in the area, which adds to the peaceful mountain experience. Property Details • Approximately 30 acres of private forested land • Groomed walking trail leading to creek area • Shaded mountain terrain with beautiful views • Year-round creek access for dogs to drink or splash. Good to Know • This is a natural mountain property with uneven terrain, some areas are steep. • The property is unfenced • The county road forms the upper boundary and the creek forms the lower boundary • No smoking or open flames anywhere on the property due to wildfire risk • Please supervise dogs around the creek • Guests must have a completed Sniffspot profile with dog photos Winter time the small splash pond is drained during winter for safety, but the creek flows year-round.

Frank's Place - 5 Acres of Play Space

Fully Fenced
5 acres

Closed June 22- June 28. Welcome to our private, fully fenced 5-acre Sniffspot on Frank Road, designed for safe off-leash play and relaxed exploring. This is a quiet, secure space where dogs can run freely, sniff to their hearts’ content, and enjoy real outdoor enrichment without the stress of public dog parks. Many guests find it ideal for reactive dogs, shy dogs, high-energy dogs, or dogs that simply love having room to roam. The property includes a mix of open running areas and natural tree-lined spaces, giving dogs variety while owners enjoy mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and benches for resting. The entire area is fully fenced so you can relax while your dog explores. You’ll find poop bags and a trash bucket provided, and there is plenty of space to wander at your own pace. My own dogs are small dachshunds, so I pay attention to secure fencing and safe access for small dogs as well as large dogs. If this is your first visit, take a moment to browse the photos to see the layout and features, and read the reviews to hear what other visitors and their dogs enjoy most. When you're ready, choose a time and book a visit — we’d love to host you.

Hummingbird Trails - 15 Acres of private trails in Conifer, CO

Unfenced
15 acres

Visit our enchanted forest in the mountains! Update June 2026 - We are winding down our Sniffspot as we are transitioning to a wildlife refuge and hummingbird sanctuary as our hummingbirds have returned for the season! Thank you to all for visiting us and reach out if you’d like more information about visiting the hummingbird sanctuary. ** ** ** If there is snow, you’ll need a 4x4 vehicle for the roads and driveway. The stream is running off and on so be sure to bring some dog towels for wet paws. Our trails - We have 15 acres of trails (2 miles of different trail loops) running through the property, including a narrow seasonal stream that runs in the spring. We use the trails for dog walking, hiking, and mountain biking. May-September we have tons of hummingbirds zipping through the property. The trails are considered intermediate: easy in parts, and intermediate in parts, with uneven Colorado rocky terrain. The trails wind up and down the side of a mountain and empty into the forest and the meadows. There are inclines and declines. This property is not for everyone - it’s very natural. The trails are in great condition and it beautiful, but there is a wild element to it similar to any park in the area. WINTER: We try to keep the trails available in the winter for snowy hikes - you'll need a 4x4 vehicle for roads and driveway. The sun can warm the snowy trails up quickly so we suggest bringing a towel for snowy days. The meadow has a couple of icy spots where the snow doesn’t melt as quickly, but you can easily walk around these areas on the trail. Free amenities available for guest use: - WiFi - Walking/hiking poles - Air horn for guest safety - Dog waste bags and trash can - Fenced in area near parking spot - Picnic table and benches in doggy play areas. - Rock outcroppings great for climbing and photo opportunities - Seasonal stream at the bottom of the mountain trails, with natural springs flowing out of the mountain all year round. Message any time with questions!

6 Acres of Off-Leash Freedom Where Your Dog Can Be A Dog

Partially Fenced
5 acres

Let your dog run, sniff, explore, and just be a dog. Our private 6-acre property offers wide-open fields, fresh country air, and plenty of room for zoomies, fetch, training, or peaceful walks away from crowded parks. Perfect for reactive dogs, high-energy breeds, recall training, or anyone looking for a safe space to enjoy time outdoors with their pup. The property is fully private during your visit, giving you and your dog the freedom to relax and explore at your own pace. ✔ 6 acres of open space ✔ Great for running, sniffing, and training ✔ Peaceful rural setting ✔ Private bookings only ✔ Plenty of room for multiple dogs Please note: The property is partially fenced. There is a fence line around much of the property that provides a clear boundary to follow, but there are areas with gates and openings, so this is not a fully enclosed space. We also have chickens, ducks, and sheep housed in secure pens on the property. Most dogs do great with this setup, but if your dog has a very high prey drive, is known to jump fences, or may attempt to access livestock, please use caution and assess whether this environment is a good fit. Come enjoy a little slice of Colorado where tails can wag freely.
