It has trails for walking, more than one spot to swim, and a big open area for fetch. The owners have done a wonderful job of trying to provide everything you might need, even bug spray.
Photographers will love the many options for stunning photos, including the beautiful stonework wall and castle.
This last visit was the first time we ran into a horse on the trail, which we weren't ready for. Folks with dogs who need to avoid people or might not react well to horses should be on the lookout or message the owner in advance. Lisa M.

55What a lovely property this is! We visited on a cloudy day that turned drizzly, but no matter. We walked all of the forest trails to check them out, and dog loved having a new place to practice his zoomies, chase and destroy some sticks, and look for critters. You should go!Barbara L.

55Absolutely beautiful sniffspot! I think this has to have been my girl’s favorite spot so far. With fields, mowed woodland trails, grasses, flowers, mosses...there were so many new smells to sniff and fun textures to feel under her little paws. Also the easiest rural spot to find so far as well. Very well marked with clear directions and an obvious parking spot. Lots of nice touches like a map to take with you as you explore, water and treats available for your pooch(es). Small note that there is (very pretty) foxglove around the property so just keep an eye out if your dog is the type to want to taste test the local flora. We loved this picturesque and private location and will be back again soon!Sara S.

FAQ about our Manson dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
