If you leave poo in my yard once, okay, but if you do it twice, you are blocked. And if you come with 3 dogs and leave 6 shits, you are done immediately. I did this for 8 months and dealt with so many ass 🎩's. I have an amazing space, that is perfect for dogs, and is conveniently located in the Santa Clara area. But I am done with people taking advantage. So my price now reflects the work it takes to maintain the space and the amenities that make this a little getaway for you and your pup. 0.36 acre lot size. Our private, off-leash park, located just outside of Philomath city limits, is for dogs of all ages, sizes, and behavior levels. Accessible entry includes parking only a few feet away, with additional parking space for extra large vehicles, including motorhomes or trucks. The large, level field is great for training, play time, or socializing. There is plenty of room to run, play fetch, and enjoy the wading pool in warm weather, with no unwelcome direct contact with other dogs or people. Reactive dogs are welcome! You are welcome to add fur friends (up to 10 total dogs) and their humans to your reservation! Marys River access for two or four hours is available as an extra from June to September.
