***Charges are in USD*** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. It sits on part of my property that offers paths to roam and discover, as well as water holes that are found mostly in the spring and fall, and dry up in the summer months. There is a beautiful changing foliage, wild flowers, small trees and birds. It is unfenced, however, there are paths that are closer inland and away from the road.

This is a private rental, when you book you are the only one in the space. We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. All dog breeds welcome, reactive dogs welcome.

This is a lovely spot to take your dogs! The large fenced yard is beautiful and comes complete with toys, a pool and splash fountain and agility equipment. The larger field is criss-crossed with paths - a fantastic place for your pooch to explore. Both the yard and the field are securely fenced. I highly recommend this Sniff Spot!

Fantastic space! Great activities for the dogs! Very clean, quiet and welcoming with toys and water waiting for us. Great place for an off leash dog play date with out going to a busy overwhelming dog park. Beautiful property, calming and relaxing country atmosphere, great for dogs and people. Fantastic! We loved everything about Heather’s place. Our dog loved the splash pad and agility course, and the pool is great to cool off. There was fresh water for him to drink, and a lovely gazebo for us to sit - complete with sunscreen, bug spray, and some other pup toys for him to fetch or chew. It was quiet and tranquil and a wonderful opportunity to let our reactive pup run and play off leash. 100% will be back soon.

On our most recent visit, we were happy to find yet another fun addition at this Sniffspot, a large kiddie pool! Thibbs was hesitant to get in at first, but with a bit of coaxing went in for a little dip. The water is about 2 feet deep, so Thibbs could walk around with his head still above water.
