Located on a 9 acre farm & K9 Rehab Facility, our park is perfect for reactive dogs who need a a peaceful 1 acre escape from the noisy world. Our park is fenced in with a 4ft high Rail Fence. Purified Water and Garbage on location. If your dog is an escape artist, there is also a red tie-out stake at the center of the park rated for dogs up to 150lbs, we have also provided one 120ft long line which should allow your pup full access to every part of our park! Because this area is so open, you may hear farm animals or a barking dog in the distance. We hope you have fun!! NEW: Picnic Table & Benches!

Vaccinated dogs only. Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella required. Large fenced sand/grass play yard with some agility equipment available during times we are not running training classes or special activities for pet resort/daycare clients.

Large fenced yard (6ft high) on half acre lot with 3 entrances (each lockable). Sprinklers and hose available in non-winter months. Plenty of outdoor seating, available firepit, and a heat lamp for owners to enjoy. Great availability in the heart of Montclair

Lovely and maintained fully fenced back yard with tall trees and gardens. New enrichment activities like a wood dog ramp and dog tetherball! Room for your dog to run full speed. Relax in the sunny seating areas or sit in the shade. Down the driveway, away from the street, surrounded by other back yards.

Hello! I hope you and your pup enjoy your reservation. A few tips to help first-time guests: - Make sure the address you come to is 61 3rd st South Orange NJ 07079, and NOT 61 w 3rd st. Sometimes Apple Maps will add in that West, but that’s a different address. - Please don’t park in the driveway, as we may need to come and go during your visit. There’s typically lots of free street parking on Third street between Valley and Academy. - Feel free to let yourself into the backyard through the white gate at the back of the driveway. Please be very careful to ensure that the gate fully closes and latches each time it’s opened, as it will not close + lock behind you automatically. - There is a water spout attached to a hose by the gate, feel free to use! Just please don’t try to disconnect the hose from the faucet, as it’s been damaged in the past. To use, gently turn the brown handle to release the water, and gently turn it back to shut off. - No need to worry too much about our outdoor furniture, it’s mostly hand-me-downs and we don’t mind if it gets banged up by energetic puppies 😊 feel free to move it around as needed. - All we ask is that you please clean up after pup and take any garbage and waste with you, as we do not have an accessible garbage can at this time (but hopefully soon!) - Please feel free to message me with any questions at all! Property & pool available for doggy play and swim (3hr max). Great exercise for your fur-baby. Great for a trainer giving doggy swim lessons (instructor not included). Doggy wants to take a break from swimming? Drinking water, treats, ball pit, dog toys and dog bed available. Humans have access to lounge chairs, shade and water. Salt water pool. 3ft to 9ft deep. All dogs MUST know how to swim. No humans allowed in the pool unless booked as an extra. 🕰 SNIFFSPOT ETIQUETTE 101 You MUST only be at the Spot during the time you ACTUALLY booked. If you’re running early, my dog will still be outside getting in his last few sniffs before a snooze indoors 💤 I don’t bring him inside until 5 minutes before a guest arrives. If you’re running late, I can relate! But please don’t stay longer to make up your time. I probably have another dog coming soon, and my dog will be inside crossing his legs, waiting to hit the grass again before he has to go back indoors! 🐕 NO CHILDREN ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!!!!! NO SMOKING OR DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THE PROPERTY. Thank you!
