There is a hose for water right outside the gate for dogs and humans (water is the same water that serves the house). Large trees offer shade. Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind. Welcome to Flemington! Bring your four legged friends to our quiet street located in a cull-de-sac. The pool is ready for those that love to swim and you can either sit in our outdoor seating area, under an umbrella or out in the rays. There is a good mix of sun and shade in the fenced in area. The dog(s) are welcome to swim in the pool and one adult is allowed to swim too. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool. Any additional adults who wish to swim will be charged an extra fee. The pool is chlorine, and I have a garden hose so you can rinse your dog(s) off before and after swimming. We will give you and your pups privacy and won’t be in the SniffSpot during your time. however, we do live here, so you may hear kids or see a person over the fence. This place is a sanctuary for me, and I hope you and yours enjoy it as well.

The half acre fenced area consists of ample grass to run on, a concrete sidewalk / patio (handicapped accessible), mulchbeds of flowers & berries (feel free to grab a handful of berries if they’re in season!) and a giant sandbox / playground area. Tree cover throughout the yard provides shade, even in the hottest summer months. All around you is privacy—to one side, a half acre unfenced stretch of our property, and all around the property is 3.5 acres of private woods and wetlands. Deer, wild turkey, turtles, frogs, & birds of all kinds are just some of the animals you may spot! We provide tables and chairs, water, poop bags & scooper, and several toys. Kids (or kids at heart) will have a blast using the ride-on sand diggers, slides, and swings & coloring with sidewalk chalk. Fertilizer and pesticide: The grass is treated with fertilizer a couple times a year and the bushes are sprayed for ticks/mosquitos and weeds approximately monthly. As we have young kids a dog, all products used are animal & child safe when dry (within 2 hours). Out of an abundance of caution, we will ensure reservations are blocked off for the entirety of the day following any fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide treatment.

This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out. Scenic Respite in Cherry Hill!

HUGE, diverse and interesting back yard space in Cherry Hill East. The yard is ALMOST entirely fenced - there's a small area that has a gap in it, however we've never had a dog try to leave through it. Very small dogs (under 15lbs) may be able to get under gaps in the gate though, so our yard is best for people with bigger pooches. Grade changes and interesting places for your pup to explore! Plenty of relaxing seating for you to enjoy, including a rocking glider w/ cupholder! Also the walking path from the entrance gently comes all the way down to the lawn, so it's great for people with mobility challenges. Hope to host you soon!
