Also some stacked firewood along a 4.5ft fence means some dogs could climb the firewood and jump out. Yard backs to an elementary school and park, so at times there is recess near the back fence (busy), or just generally people at the park. Please do not use the dog kennel/enclosure area.

Nestled on a charming farm beside Green Acres K9 Resort (A dog boarding and daycare facility), our play space offers a secure and refreshing retreat for your pups, whether they're visiting for playtime or boarding nearby. Important: Please keep an eye out for sniff spot signs and follow them carefully to reach the designated play area. You are encouraged to park all the way at the end of the driveway infront of the fence. Reality alert: Most folks already understand this and really enjoy bringing their dog here to play but for those that may not be as familiar we really want to make sure that you understand the environment that you will experience when you come to our sniff spot. It is very likely that the following could occur: 1)Hear a dog barking from the boarding facility 2)See a farmer working 3)See livestock share a fence line (Yes you can say hello to them) 4)Find mud in the wet season, no creek in the dry season 5)Alge in the pond when the water is not flowing and weeds in the field 6)We work towards keeping the main area of the field free of blackberries and weeds that poke by mowing but do not guarantee a weed free environment 7)The creek and pond are spring fed but there is always a chance of picking something up in nature 8)Your dog is welcome to dig and carry sticks and rocks. Be aware there may be holes, sticks or rocks 9)There is a dock that has no problem supporting my family on the pond but makes no promise to support anyone. You are welcome to use it but understand that is at your own risk and judgment. 10)The pond has gradual sloping sides on over half the pond but there are sections where it is steep. 11)We really don't want to discourage anyone from enjoying this place like we, do but also don't want people to expect something that is maybe not a reality. Welcome to our slice of paradise! Your dogs will have full access to our 1.5 acre fully fenced pasture to run and get all their energy out. The pasture is fully fenced with field fencing all around and backs up to a farm field. On a clear day you can see the tip of Mount Hood straight out the back of the property and a fantastic view of Mount Jefferson to the right. Young giant sequoias and cedar trees line both sides of the pasture. Three mature oak trees provide shade in the middle of the pasture. You will hear birds all around the property in the trees as your dogs play. Amenities include: people lounge chairs, dog loungers, dog houses, dog water with a seasonal spigot and hose, a pooper scooper and bucket, and a lean-to to provide shelter in poor weather. Throw a ball as hard as you can and let your dogs be dogs.

This is a very private, rustic SniffSpot with 5 acres to run, play and sniff. PLEASE NOTE - I have had a couple comments that other domestic animals can be heard, goats. We are very much in the country in a small farming community. ONLY dogs and cats are domestic animals - goats are livestock and are not considered domesticated - they live in barns. Please consider this when sharing your experience with others 🙏💗

Season alert: dandelions are blooming which means bees. This is some of the first food for spring bees, so we often leave them. There will likely be a bee visiting the flowers around the yard from spring through summer. Gate to enter on Bull Mountain Rd, on the northwest side of the property. We have a fun cattle gate that slides open. Duck your head and walk on up a wooden boardwalk to the backside of our yard. The fenced in area includes all of the backyard up to the landscaped area next to the house. Feel free to roam and run across the back section. This is stick-topia. A stick for every pup that wants one. Feel free to take one home with you We will compost the dog waste, please just scoop up the poo with the provided shovel and add to the bucket. We will take it from there. There's a swing for humans, please enjoy. I am working on building a nice little shelter, but for now enjoy the cover the beautiful Douglas fir trees provide.

Welcome! Just a couple important notes about our yard: We have a couple neighbor dogs that we have zero control over! Please do not book this spot if you, or your pup, wouldn’t do well with that. If you book during a time when it is dark outside, then it will be dark. We have some twinkle lights, but even those are not guaranteed. If we’re home, we will happily turn them on or off for you. Just message us! We have a fully fenced 0.25 acre for you and your pups to enjoy. Feel free to pull up in the driveway and park as close to the chain link gate with Sniffspot! sign (near basketball hoop) as possible. There are extra poop bags as well as a scooper and trash can. When it’s not being used for Sniffspot, the space is used by our kids, so please pick up after your pets! Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you enjoy this space. 😊🐶

Hello I am Mookie, a Golden Doodle who loves to play ball and my Human is Grace. She got me this place with a long yard, perfect for playing with a chuck it! I begged for a pug and she let me have Frankie. We are happy to share our yards which have different areas for different Dog needs. Human needs can be taken care of too. We are relatively new to Sniffspot and will be adding new features as we go. Our pictures show how much we have changed since we opened the very snowy end of January. Frankie and I will not be coming out to visit your dogs, but once you leave we will enjoy learning about them on our scent hunt. We believe this will create a lot of interest and fun for us and for your special family members too. A little info about my place, I have safe space to unload and load the doggos. Important to close the gate as you enter and exit the property. Everywhere is fenced. It is 2 acres total, the area that you will be playing in is a very nice long field with a small pool which gets changed between guests, and a larger one that My human adds water to between guests. it looks dirty, however, it is from the sand box and dirt hills that my human made for the dogs to play in. It is too large for her to clean after each guest. There is a water hose with a shower head that you can use for play and clean up as well. Added attraction, MOLES and we love sniffing after them. Be watchful of holes that my human missed filling between guests, she tries very hard to find them, but Frankie is a digger! This is a place for fun , everything is not perfect , but the yard is a lot of fun for Frankie and also for me! We love to explore and sometimes we see deer here and other wild animals! UPDATE: All fences are secure. IF for some reason your dog slips out the farm gate entrance to the sniff spot, the entire property is fenced, and your dog will not get out. There is a shade canopy which will protect from the rain and some chairs to relax in. You may encounter holes because dogs love to dig in the soft turf and the hill of dirt, please let me know if you find some that my human and I have not gotten filled between visits and she will fix that! With so many trees, there will be branches down. I find that the dogs love to pick through those sticks. I try to keep on top of the really big ones, but if you see any let my human know. PLEASE NOTE: If your ball or other toys go over the fence, they now belong to my neighbor! PLEASE You must not go over the fence to get them!! I have other balls and will be happy for you to use them while here, if they go over, I can deal with him later! Thank you for your consideration of my neighbors.
