We have 3 acres fully fenced for your dogs to roam, sniff and get that much needed exercise! We have some nice shaded areas with a kiddie pool available during the summer. Covered area with chairs and a shaded area with a picnic table for pawrents. Toys and bags available for use as needed! Water is available so please keep your pet hydrated!

Here are some general rules and guidelines for our facility. **PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE TO ENSURE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE!!**: ‼️We have 3 options for your SniffSpot time with us! We have a large *fully-fenced* open field know as “The Back Pasture”. We have an indoor, climate controlled training building known as “The Building”. Finally, we have a large fully fenced 100’x200’ agility field with a completed course of agility equipment known as “The Agility Field”. ‼️ ‼️YOU MUST SPECIFY, whether you are reserving The Agility Field, The Back Pasture, or The Building. If you would like to reserve more than one area, you must contact us, and we may approve this on a case by case basis. We want to be sure the facility is prepared and ready for your visit, so please include this info in your reservation‼️ 🛑🛑 FOR THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR DOG(S), IN ORDER TO UTILIZE THE AGILITY EQUIPMENT, YOU MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL BY ONE OF OUR TRAINERS. Please message us for details! 🛑🛑 🐾When you arrive at our facility, please close the gate behind you when you enter the property! (The gate opens IN towards the property.) Last person through the gate must close it. 🐾Please park directly to the LEFT side of the driveway and walk your dog in the grassy area to the LEFT of the driveway to potty. To access the agility field for training or SniffSpot, please walk along the front near the fence to get to the agility field. This is also our residence. Please respect our privacy. 🐾PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!! There is a purple and green doggie clean up station located in front of the training building, on the left side. There are bags located at the station as well as bags available inside the training building. There are also bags available and an orange Home Depot bucket near the agility field. Please collect your dog’s poo, tie a knot in the bag, and place it in the bin at the clean up station or in the Home Depot bucket. Help keep our facilities clean! No one wants an icky surprise on their shoe! 🐾If you are using the training building, please close the training building door behind you. (You may have to push HARD!) Our building is climate controlled, and we want to keep it that way! :) 🐾Do NOT adjust the AC in the training building! If it is not working properly or needs adjustment, please contact us. 🐾If you or your dog are sick in ANY WAY, please stay home!! Do you have a reactive dog who is a little too unhinged for the dog parks? We have a beautiful fenced-in backyard for you and your dogs to enjoy! Besides the essentials, we offer a puppy splash pad, kiddie pool, towels, kibble, and human refreshments upon request. We have two pups of our own, too. They will be secured inside during your visit. Our backyard is fully fenced and ready for your playful pup! At 400 square feet there is plenty of space to chase a ball or get some zoomies in. The back 1/5 or so of the fenced area is kept natural which dogs love to explore, sniff and race through the longer grass. Plenty of parking in the gravel lot behind our house with easy access to the yard. A small shaded area with a plug in case it rains or you need some shade. Four outdoor chairs, a square table and a hammock complete the space. Wembley will also typically leave out a few toys for her neighborhood pup friends. We also have a hose which you are welcome to use to refill the water bowl or do a quick cool down with your furry friend. We have outdoor lights so space can be used in the evenings as well.
