Beautiful 3.5 acres field adjacent to goat herd and woods. Field is away from the road and fully fenced with wire and wood fencing. There is a hose for water right outside the gate for dogs and humans (water is the same water that serves the house). Large trees offer shade. Visitors must stay in the designated field and may not open the gates to the goat pastures, access the house yards, or go into the woods beyond the property.

Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in our driveway. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. The half acre fenced area consists of ample grass to run on, a concrete sidewalk / patio (handicapped accessible), mulchbeds of flowers & berries (feel free to grab a handful of berries if they’re in season!) and a giant sandbox / playground area. Tree cover throughout the yard provides shade, even in the hottest summer months. All around you is privacy—to one side, a half acre unfenced stretch of our property, and all around the property is 3.5 acres of private woods and wetlands. Deer, wild turkey, turtles, frogs, & birds of all kinds are just some of the animals you may spot! We provide tables and chairs, water, poop bags & scooper, and several toys. Kids (or kids at heart) will have a blast using the ride-on sand diggers, slides, and swings & coloring with sidewalk chalk. Fertilizer and pesticide: The grass is treated with fertilizer a couple times a year and the bushes are sprayed for ticks/mosquitos and weeds approximately monthly. As we have young kids a dog, all products used are animal & child safe when dry (within 2 hours). Out of an abundance of caution, we will ensure reservations are blocked off for the entirety of the day following any fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide treatment.
