Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Beautiful fully fenced in backyard ready for all pups to play in. Plenty of tennis balls for the dogs to play with and seating under the gazebo for you to relax while your dogs get some exercise. Also have playscape for any kids. Will have hose water, bowls and poop bags available. All can be discarded in the trash can out back. Can’t wait to have you over so you can spend some time with your pups.

Large and clean yard for play & exercise. Yard is completely fenced in with a black chain link fence. Easy gate entrance with driveway parking. Pet waste bags are provided for your convenience if your furry friend decides to leave any gifts. We hope you visit soon! 🐶🐾

Huge .25 acre yard, just fully fenced in June 2023. Nothing in the way, your dog can run free and play

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There is a human bathroom just inside the back door if need be. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. Please note that if you’d like to bring another dog/friend that is not part of your immediate family/household, they must make a separate reservation. No exceptions. Please bring: A PHYSICAL COPY (for me to keep) of proof of rabies, distemper, kennel cough. Printed receipt or photo of current flea/tick and heartworm preventative. A Photo of your license will be taken upon arrival. Please do not bring your pets to this property if they are not feeling well or are currently ill.
