Great place for dogs to run, play catch and enjoy the fresh air off leash. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes in the yard. PARKING proceed up the driveway to the very end where the asphalt turns into gravel - continue straight all the way to the end of the gravel to park. Try not to drive over the cobblestone edging please.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

If time allows before or after your visit, try exploring the charming town of Greenlawn which is in walking distance from this spot. This is a half acre backyard oasis for dogs 🐕 of all breeds, and their parents. It comes equipped with an inground heated pool, enclosed gazebo and Poolhouse. Dogs love to jump in the water and cool off on a hot summer ☀️ day, as well as run laps around the big backyard if they have the zoomies. There is a 6ft privacy fence around the entire backyard, and a separate, additional 4ft fence directly around the pool for safety. There are also security cameras, a charging station, and Bluetooth speakers if you and your fur baby enjoy music.

Our yard will allow your buddy to run along the longest span of around 85 feet, while giving you a nice bricked patio space with a table, chairs, a large shade umbrella and access to our wifi. In addition, we offer off-street parking for 1 vehicle, access to the water hose, hand-sanitizer, electrical outlet, trash cans and doggy bags. Chase a ball or lay on the lawn in the shade! Your humans can enjoy our tables & cushions, too. We have trashcans for any presents you bestow upon the yard. :)
