Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! Water bowl on patio is available and if needs to be filled up, there is a water hose close to the entrance of the playground. Feel free to fill it up and remember to turn off the water hose when done. Bugs are kind of wild this time of year, so I recommend bringing bug spray to better enjoy the space. You will also find mosquito incense sticks on the potting bench that you are welcome to burn during your visit. We truly love our furry friends and welcome them into our space!

Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.
