Welcome to our little dog-friendly retreat! We offer a fully fenced-in play area where pups can safely run, explore, and relax. There is also access to the rest of the yard, but because of nearby traffic, we only recommend venturing outside the fenced area for dogs with reliable recall. On warmer days, dogs can cool off in the kiddie pool, and we provide plenty of toys for playtime. All toys and water bowls are thoroughly sanitized between visits, and labeled bins are available for used toys to help us keep everything clean for every guest. We do not use pesticides or insecticides anywhere on the property, making the space as natural and pet-safe as possible. However, because we avoid chemical treatments, we cannot guarantee the yard is completely tick-free. Poop bags and a designated waste receptacle are provided, and we kindly ask that everyone clean up after their pup. We also keep bottled water available for humans because both pups and their people deserve to stay hydrated! Our space is especially great for reactive or nervous dogs, and we’re more than happy to accommodate individual needs to help every pup feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free during their visit.

Our farm is open fields, tons of trees to play hide and seek in, and lots of riverfront area for dogs to swim. There are ungroomed “walking trails” that go around the entire property. Center of property tends to be wet. My personal dogs will remain inside the house while you are here. Bring your own poop bags please. Dogs with good recall are allowed off leash, at your own risk, please. We love all breeds of dogs with every quirk and ability. We respect that all dogs have different temperaments; all dogs are welcome, no matter how they feel towards strangers or other animals. Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too. Nonesuch Meadows Farm

Enjoyable farm fields with lots of room for dogs to roam and play. Wildlife does show up at times, anywhere from deer, turkeys, skunks and porcupines. Our main field does abut a golf course, and often get stray balls fly over the fence into our field. To avoid being hit by one, I’d recommend staying more towards the middle to right of the field. During deer season we do require the owner and dog to be wearing orange, and don’t have guests come on Saturdays. We do hay our fields in the summer (May/June-September) time, and once that begins we will set up a schedule with specific areas that can be utilized.

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
