NOTE: We are currently only accepting a limited number of memberships at this spot. We do not accept individual bookings. Please message me if you would like to become a member. We may have a spot open. Note: If your pup can jump up or over a 3 1/2 foot fence and is prone to jumping up when people or dogs walk by the fence, then this site will not be safe for your pup. Welcome to our yard! We offer a convenient location for you to bring your medium or small sized pup for some outdoor off-leash time. We have trees and grassy areas with lots of smells for your dog to sniff. We also have benches and a small shelter with a chair and table for your comfort. Great space to let your dog off leash to safely play, exercise, and enjoy the outdoors. We supply dog treats as well as toys. A water hose and bowl are also available. Everything can be found in the storage box in the little green shelter. If you are reserving a time when it is dark outside, the spot is lit up from the large street light. We do not have any other lights in the spot. There is a portable light in the little green shelter that you can switch on if needed. We recommend bringing a flashlight in the rare event that the street light does not turn on. Gate Entrance: Sidewalk on the street side of the house. Depending on how close you park, you will need to walk your dog on a leash at least 200ft to reach the chain link gate entrance to the spot. Clean up: Poop bags are provided and can be disposed of in metal garbage can located in the green shelter. We do our best to check the spot between guests and we trust that each guest is cleaning up after their pup. If you happen to run across something we missed from a previous guest, please feel free to put a marker flag (found in the storage box) near the spot so we can clean it up.

Great spot. We couldn't get our dog to use the tug on the Zipline for whatever reason, but it's a really nice touch. Appreciated the little pool especially on a muddy day after all the rain we've had.

Our dogs loved this spot! So convenient that we could pull in, close the gate, and let the dogs right out. Toys, clean fresh water, and so many sniffs. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at this sniffspot! My girl Maxie got plenty of exercise and had a blast and the provided amenities were nice. The yard was gorgeous, clean and is indeed fully fenced in. Maxie and I had no issues at all. We will for sure be back!

My two doggos had a great time here. Yard was securely fenced. Not even my 7 pound Yorkie could escape, nor did my 100 athletic dog tey to jump the fence. There's was plenty to keep them busy. The pitcher of water was a great touch. Yard was easy to access. Drive into the fenced yard. Great experience. Will be back.

Poppy had a blast at Hyatt's private dog park. The space was perfect for some fetch, sniffing and exploring. She did express some interest in jumping over the three foot fence on the one side but was easily redirected. Thank you so much!

Great big space to run. My favorite part: being able to drive into the fenced in yard so my dog can jump right out of the vehicle with no leash. Water, toys and pooper scooper provided in case you forget bags. Beautiful scenery for fall, and not one dog poop in sight! Will definitely visit again.

Hyatt’s was so great! Such a big space for our dogs to run around. We had so much fun! It was completely enclosed so we didn’t have to worry about them getting out. We can’t wait to come back.

It’s the best place in the area and only place in the area that Teddy and I like to go to. Cannot rate this high enough. If I could get 10 stars I would.

This was a great spot for our puppy play date! It's hard to find a safe spot to let your dogs play & run as fast as they can and this was an awesome opportunity to do that!! We will definitely be back.

What a great spot! My dogs loved it! The rope on a line piece, was awesome. Plenty of room for long runs. Safe all around and has a lot to explore. I find it to be a stimulating yard for my dogs, which is nice. There was fresh water, water bowl, hand warmers, and a bit of toys. We definitely will be back!

It’s a really fun property with a lot of spaces for your dog to explore. You pull in past the gate then close it and let your pups out. Nice feature in my opinion. Our only concern was a few spots in the fencing that an ambitious dog *could jump over and a hole that a small dog could walk through. If the short wood fence on the left side was fixed up a bit I’d say it would be our favorite spot.

Our lab had the best time playing her heart out! She loved the huge hanging rope toy. I can definitely see us coming back in the future!

Great experience! This was our first sniff spot and we were very happy with the space and ease of access. Description is true to the location. Fresh water, toys, a pool and a towel to dry our dog! We would definitely recommend and come back again. Thank you!

We consistently have a wonderful time at this Sniffspot! My dog does not particularly enjoy the toys that are provided (although they are a substantial bonus and truly enhance this location), however, the ample space for running and the numerous sniffing spots keep her adequately engaged. Additionally, there is an abundance of shade, making it an ideal spot during the summer season. We shall undoubtedly return!

Our first sniffspot and it was awesome. Vinnie had a blast! Great fenced in yard and the owners provided water and toys. Super easy access being able to drive right through the gate into the yard. I have a puller so it's nice knowing he can jump right out to freedom! Thanks again 😁

FAQ about our Olmsted Township dog parks

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 95% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Olmsted Township area are 5 stars.
