Bring your 4 legged friends out to explore. Small farm located at the end of a private dirt road. Quiet peaceful setting with plenty of trees, rope swing and shaded seating. Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

** Closed this week Sat April 11th through Friday April 17th for pond care. Closed April 20th and 30th for lawn care from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm ** This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026 and will be completely operational by the end of March 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria.

Very secluded, surrounded mostly by vegetation. Pool available. Pool is fenced in case you don't want your dog entering the pool. You have to open the pool fence to let them in. Fresh water, dog first aid kit. You may toss your doggie poop bag in the trash can as you leave, poo bags are near the trash can. Hand sanitizer is in the pool area. Dog bath area (shampoo and conditioner is an extra expense). Back gate sets about 3-4 inches above the ground, so very small dogs could go under the gate or between the back fence rods. Bathroom by the pool. Towels to dry your dog (or you) off are in the pool bathroom as well. The total area the dog(s) can go is a little under .25 acres. While you are here, my dogs will be locked inside the house. They will only be (possibly) visible at the patio doors. You may hear dogs in the distance, but it's secluded enough that you won't see dogs other than mine through the patio doors if you are close enough to them (there are squirrels, rabbits and such here and there). I am also good with you bringing an extra dog for every paid dog. I don’t know how to set that up, but you can just put half the amount of dogs you are bringing and I am fine with that.

40 acres of mostly open land with 2 ponds to swim in. I have 2 big dogs that swim and drink pond water daily, but if your more comfortable with a doggie pool I can provide one for an additional charge. Guests are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times. The host is not responsible for injuries, escapes, or incidents involving dogs while using the property, also this is a large property and all dogs must have reliable recall and host is not responsible for dogs that leave the property for any reason. Only dogs listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Additional dogs must be added in the booking before arrival.
