Our play and roam area measures approximately 33’ x 45’ (around 1,500 sq. ft.). While any size pet is welcome to come enjoy the space, it is a cozy, intimate yard—perfect for small-to-medium dogs to run, or larger dogs who prefer sniffing and splashing over long-distance sprinting. About half of the yard is beautifully shaded by mature trees, offering the perfect mix of exploration and cool relaxation. The Ultimate "Sniff Safari" (Sensory Experience) Because of our unique location on the hill above the creek, our yard is a hotspot for fascinating wildlife trails. The air and grass are rich with authentic, high-value scents from local overnight visitors, including raccoons, skunks, possums, armadillos, and even the occasional coyote or bobcat. Easy Access: The deck features custom, very short stairs originally designed for an elderly pet, making it incredibly easy for senior dogs or low-riding pups to join you above. Amenities Included: We provide a couple towels (perfect for after the splash pad!), poop bags, dog treats, and a WiFi code (but please still keep a close eye on your pet!). Important Safety & Environment Notes (Please Read) Fencing: The yard is fully enclosed by a sturdy iron gate with narrow puppy panel on the bottom third (see pics).
