Brick Road 1.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Pasture Dog Park In Turner

Coming soon on April 1st! Welcome to our slice of paradise! Your dogs will have full access to our 1.5 acre fully fenced pasture to run and get all their energy out. The pasture is fully fenced with field fencing all around and backs up to a farm field. On a clear day you can see the tip of Mount Hood straight out the back of the property and a fantastic view of Mount Jefferson to the right. Young giant sequoias and cedar trees line both sides of the pasture. Three mature oak trees provide shade in the middle of the pasture. You will hear birds all around the property in the trees as your dogs play. Amenities include: dog loungers, dog houses, dog water with a seasonal spigot and hose, a pooper scooper and bucket, and a lean-to to provide shelter in poor weather. Our private, off-leash park, located just outside of Philomath city limits, is for dogs of all ages, sizes, and behavior levels. Accessible entry includes parking only a few feet away, with additional parking space for extra large vehicles, including motorhomes or trucks. The large, level field is great for training, play time, or socializing. There is plenty of room to run, play fetch, and enjoy the wading pool in warm weather, with no unwelcome direct contact with other dogs or people. Reactive dogs are welcome! You are welcome to add fur friends (up to 10 total dogs) and their humans to your reservation! Marys River access for two or four hours is available as an extra from June to September.

The property is a horse ranch on 25 acres surrounded by private forest. There is a shallow year round creek that is refreshingly cold and also a large pond that your dog can swim in. There are hiking trails that start at the edge of the property. The trails are mostly uphill. The outdoor and indoor arenas are available for an extra fee. They are mostly dog proof for large dogs but not escape proof for small dogs. The horses wander around the property early in the morning so if your dog chases horses it should be kept on a leash around the horses. I recommend that I show you around your first time out here. To get here you must be prepared to drive down 5 miles of gravel road. There is a gate to get into the property. The gate code will be sent to you with the welcoming message. Cell phone signals are weak once you get on the gravel so check the pre-visit message sent two hours before the appointment before you get out of cell service.

Toys that you see in photos will be in the yard, but guests, along with their furry friends are free to use them! Spirit Farm and Gardens

The outdoor space is available during daylight hours. Indoor space is available as an add-on and recommended for evening visits or during inclement weather. This is a 5-acre farm, with 1 full acre dedicated to the sniff spot. The pastures are cross-fenced, allowing for room to explore but not too far. An indoor riding arena is available as an add-on. It is fully enclosed on three sides, with the 4th wall solid up to 5 feet keeping the wind and weather out and the dogs safe and fully enclosed during playtime. It is well-lit for evening use. Horses offer additional entertainment but are always a safe distance with a large space (enough to drive a large truck through) between fence lines. The animals are not reactive to the dogs even when barking at them. The farm animals don't respond to the dogs, often the dogs move on to exploring the space. We have some simple agility items in the space along with balls and other toys to help entertain both you and your dogs. As a guest, you have access to: * Fully Fenced Acre of play space for off-leash adventures * Water - Lift the blue handle to start the flow of water * Poop baggies * White garbage can * Dog towels, clean ones in the clear container, and dirty ones go into the grey tote. We ask you to use 1 towel per visit if possible. * Porta Potty * Shelter with chairs and a small table you can put anywhere in the field during your visit we just ask that you put them back when you are done. * During the summer days we include a doggie kiddie pool. Double them up when you use them so they are easier to empty and less likely to break. Please dump the pool and return it to the corner when you are finished. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: This is a field that has uneven ground including mole and gopher holes. Please watch your step. Please keep within the Sniffspot area. If you happen to throw a ball over a fence just message me and I can retrieve it for you. It is important to stay outside of areas marked private property. Those gates also have extra locks, but we want to be sure everyone stays safe. USE OF INDOOR ARENA: During harsh weather (over 95 degrees or winter would be those days of wind and heavy rain) the indoor arena may be an option. YOU MUST MESSAGE me before the visit to be sure it is ready for you. That space is in an area marked private property. Access is granted when the indoor space is reserved as an add on. We are excited to have you come and share this special place with us.o

Four miles off of Interstate 5 (Creswell Exit 182) Private 7 flat grass and wooded acres, now fully fenced. FRONT PASTURE IS CLOSED. Unfortunately, it is not handicapped accessible. Gopher, vole, and dog holes are to be expected. Mud during the rainy season. Sheep keep pastures trimmed and fertilized.

The property includes 30 unfenced acres of tall grass, trees, and quiet trails, with access to the Yamhill River on both sides of the bridge. Some areas may be swampy during the winter and spring, especially in the lower sections. Please be aware of common forest hazards such as blackberry bushes, poison oak, nettles, cow parsnip, and the occasional downed tree. There are no homes, restrooms or residents on the property only neighbors and a small garden area. You are welcome to explore both sides of the bridge. While there are "No Trespassing" signs posted near it, they are only intended to discourage the local homeless community. During the summer and fall, feel free to enjoy the fruit growing throughout the property most of which is at the far NW end of the grass road near the entrance. Deer and a variety of birds also call this place home and are best left undisturbed. You will find a couple of chairs and a small table set out for you to enjoy a quiet moment or watch the sunset. Please be respectful of our neighbors and remember to pick up after yourself and your dogs. Much of the property is being reforested in partnership with the USDA. Rows of young plantings are marked with colorful flags. They are hardy species, but please avoid letting your dogs urinate on the new trees and shrubs.
