As water activities are now closed for the season we are using our stock tank to house most of our toys so that the dogs can jump in to play or choose one for yard play. There is a hose with water available upon request for dog bathing - (bring your own shampoo and towel). There will be poo bags, a pooper scooper and trash bucket available for cleanup after your pup(s) has done their business. Bug spray available upon request. Please note, two dogs reside inside the home. You should not see them, may hear them bark at times. The home is on a cul-de-sac and typically pretty private while still close to and convenient to so much! Bluff Point State Park, restaurants, pet stores, etc!

Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: we do not own or have access to the grass field, as it is not part of our property, the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. **Spring/Summer: The times of day with the most shade are 8:30a-11a and after 4p. The yard is in complete shade after 6:30 pm. Middle of the day 11:30a-2:30p is the most sunny time. Welcome! Sniffspot holds a special place in my heart. My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play! The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Please utilize the message option for questions and updates.
