Ally's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Staunton

Fully Fenced
1 acre

Beautiful scenic spot just outside of Staunton! This mostly level space offers lots of options for your fur family. An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We often have squirrels, birds, rabbits, deer, turkeys, and geese roaming around! Your pets will enjoy the space to run, river access, and unlimited water! And you will enjoy the beautiful views and shade trees! ****NOTICE***** THE CREEK ACCESS WILL CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, THE WEED AND GRASS MAINTENANCE WILL CEASE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO OWNER INJURY. I WILL BE UNABLE TO KEEP UP THIS AREA AS I TYPICALLY DO. SO PLEASE BE AWARE IT MAY BE OVERGROWN AND DIFFICULT TO ACCESS UNTIL AT LEAST SEPTEMBER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!!!

The Wiggle Butts Wonderland

Fully Fenced
1 acre

My husband and I have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! Our goal is to provide a space for all dogs to play, run and sniff away! We have a huge field with a platform/ramps, tug rope, agility poles, stick collection, hidden container with treats and possibly a prize toy! We host many special events for pups as well as birthday parties for your pups! I spent many years volunteering, fostering and ultimately adopting many animals from rescue non-profits over the years. Throughout all of the years I spent in animal rescues, I realized that most dogs don’t get much time outside of the kennels. I also came to understand that many rescue animals have trauma related behaviors and cannot integrate with other dogs. I feel so grateful to be able to provide a space for dogs to be off leash and have the freedom to explore! Also, it is a significant bonding experience for pups and their parents to have this special time together! Our dogs are in a separate fenced area but because I feel this time is for you and your pup(s), I will put my pups in the house so they are not visible to you and your pups. We want you and your pups to have an amazing visit! We’re just minutes from Interstate 66 & 81. Please contact me at (540) 671-0720 if you have any concerns and/or suggestions. We would love the opportunity to fix and improve our space so that we can provide the best experiences! If you had a great time and would like to leave us a review we would be so appreciative! DOG PARK PLAY AREA: This area is 100% fenced in with two gates (entry/exit) for extra security. Please always close and latch gates behind you as you enter/exit. CREEK: Please note the creek is NOT within the fenced dog park play area! It is directly across from the dog park play area and on the left side as you walk from your car to the play area. Provided are the use of 20, 30, 40 foot long leashes (red, blue, black). Guests are welcome to use these to allow their pups more freedom to explore the creek! If your pup has excellent recall you are welcome to let them off leash but do so at your own risk! HIKING TRAIL: In addition to the dog park play area there is an awesome hiking trail for guests, however, please note it is temporarily “ON-LEASH ONLY” due to improvements and upgrades we are creating!

Frequently asked questions about Quicksburg dog water parks

What amenities do Quicksburg dog water parks typically include?

Quicksburg dog water parks feature amenities designed for swimming and water play: river, stream or creek, lake or pond, beach, swimming pool, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Quicksburg hosts customize their spaces. Browse 23 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

Can I find dog water parks in Quicksburg with water access?

Many Quicksburg dog water parks include water features! Filter by amenities to find swimming pools, natural ponds, or water play areas. Water is perfect for hot Quicksburg days, water-loving breeds, or low-impact exercise for seniors and disabled dogs. Each listing specifies water type, depth, and safety features. Some Quicksburg hosts provide life vests or shallow options for nervous swimmers.

How clean are private dog water parks in Quicksburg compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Quicksburg see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog water parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Quicksburg hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Quicksburg dog water parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Quicksburg dog water parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Quicksburg private dog water parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog water parks in Quicksburg?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Quicksburg that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Quicksburg dog water parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Quicksburg dog water parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Quicksburg dog water parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Quicksburg where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Quicksburg dog water parks for special events?

Many Quicksburg dog water parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Quicksburg hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Quicksburg dog water park listings for event policies.

How do Quicksburg dog water parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Quicksburg dog water parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Quicksburg special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
